Chapter 137: Dark Shadows

Zhao Qingfeng and others successfully exposed the crimes of the dark laboratory, but this does not mean that they can relax. In fact, as the truth is revealed, they find themselves involved in a more complicated and dangerous situation.

As night fell, the three dressed in plain clothes and quietly entered the headquarters of the "Shadow Company". Using the skills they learned in the dark laboratory, they easily bypassed the company's security system and entered the company.

Inside the company, they discovered a laboratory protected by heavy security measures. On the door of the laboratory was engraved a line of words: "Shadow Project, Control the Future." This further confirmed their suspicion that this laboratory was likely the location where the "Shadow Project" was being implemented.

Just as they were about to enter the laboratory, a shadow suddenly jumped out from the darkness. Zhao Qingfeng and his companions reacted quickly and engaged in a fierce battle with the shadow. After a fierce battle, they finally subdued the shadow. It turned out that the shadow was just a hired killer who did not know the true content of the "Shadow Project" and was only hired to protect the laboratory.

Zhao Qingfeng and his companions realized they had to stop this dangerous plan as soon as possible. They engaged in a battle of wits with the manor's leader, exploiting his arrogance and hubris, and ultimately succeeded in exposing his true intentions. Just as they were about to capture him, the manor's leader suddenly activated the manor's self-destruct sequence, attempting to disappear in the explosion along with the virus.

Zhao Qingfeng and others rushed out of the manor without hesitation. Just when they thought they had successfully stopped the "Shadow Project", a virus-carrying capsule left by the person in charge exploded on their escape route.

Zhao Qingfeng and the others were hit by the shockwave of the explosion and fell unconscious. When they woke up, they found themselves imprisoned in an unfamiliar place. They found themselves in a secret base with a huge poster hanging on the wall that read: "Shadow Project, Control the Future."
