Thus, tragedy strikes: the lions drive away the hyenas and eat the food they painstakingly caught, while the hyenas themselves stand by, watching and waiting. At dawn, witnessing this scene, people mistakenly conclude that the hyenas are specifically waiting to scavenge the lions' leftovers.

The Hyena Assassins organization gets its name from this; they share almost identical characteristics with hyenas, with virtually no chance of assassinating a target alone. Each victim is left with a disc containing only a piercing, chilling cry, a sound more terrifying than a lion's roar.
