Xiu and Sun Shangxiang also glared at Dong Zhuo with hostility.

"Now that I have more leverage, let's have a proper negotiation."

"Alright, let's talk this out calmly." Sun Shangxiang looked sharply at Dong Zhuo and told him to find two people to write down a contract in black and white.

Dong Zhuo was naturally anxious, but Sun Shangxiang and the others were simply stalling for time as planned, waiting for Xia Xiang and Cao Cao's army.

Before negotiating with Dong Zhuo, Xia Xiang contacted one of Cao Cao's lieutenants and learned that Cao Cao was only injured and had not been captured.

"Long time no see, Alliance Leader. I apologize for my earlier rudeness." Xia Xiang felt it was better not to reveal her true identity. If she took off her ring and used the power of the Demon Slayer Warrior, things might get complicated.

Xia Xiang's expression froze.

Jiu Wu smoothed his hair and said leisurely, "No need to thank me. If you want to thank me, Commander Xia, let me see how else you can offend me."
