Chapter 376 Huaiying the Little Fool

"Huaiying, come back with me!" Huai'an's tone was sterner than Huaiying had ever heard before.

"Brother!" Huaiying said, about to run over, but was stopped by the boy named Abu. Huaiying looked at the boy with a puzzled expression.

Abu sighed, then made up his mind and said, "Let's go together. I'll go back with you and explain."

Huaiying hesitated to agree and turned to look at Huai'an.

“Sure, but you’ll only be going to corpses.” Huai’an coldly pulled out a short sword and pointed the hilt at Huai Ying. “Aying, you do it yourself.”

"No way!" Huaiying immediately refused loudly.

If he dies like this, the Demon Lord will have an excuse to start a war, and a large-scale war will not benefit either side.

Thinking of this, Huaiying shielded Abu with her body, an action that enraged Huai'an even more.

Seeing that the situation was not good, Abu immediately activated a formation, and with Huaiying, disappeared from the spot, instantly arriving at the border of the Demon Realm, tens of thousands of miles away.

"Abu, what's wrong?" Huaiying asked anxiously, supporting Abu who was vomiting blood.

"Ying, thank you for being my friend." Abu looked pained. "The formation I used exceeded my body's capacity, so the backlash is normal."

"This is the border of the Demon Realm. Go away, but don't go back or to the Demon Realm. Go to the Human Realm. I've heard that the people there are very kind, and good and bad people can be friends, just like us."

“I was an orphan before, and then I met you. I’m really happy. My only regret is that I didn’t tell you that I’m the son of the Demon Lord.”

"Consider it?" Xia Xiang was puzzled. "Is that even a thing?"

"Don't talk, I'll treat you," Huaiying said worriedly.

If what he said is true, then he didn't do it on purpose, so let's not be angry. Besides, if he dies here, then all her running around for so many days will have been for nothing!

“Let’s go find that guy who’s like your father. I’ll send you back, and then I’ll go find my brother to accept my punishment.”

Huaiying's medical skills were excellent, but Abu's injuries were too severe, so the two could only slowly find a small path to reach the Demon Lord.

Xia Xiang's vision blurred, and then she saw Huai Ying on the battlefield, holding a black sword, which she plunged into the heart of the Father God.

"Ah Ying, you must keep your promise to your father. Thank you for your hard work." The man's eyes were full of love as he smiled gently and kept saying something, but she didn't hear a word he said after that.

Then, a burst of light blinded everyone below.

When Huaiying woke up again, she was kneeling in the magnificent hall. Looking up, she saw the man who called himself her father, staring at her with cold eyes.

Xia Xiang: What's going on? He seems like a completely different person? Shouldn't he be dead?

"Huaiying colluded with the son of the Demon Lord, intending to overthrow the Divine Realm. Her assassination attempt on the Father God failed. Considering her young age, her powers are stripped, and she is banished to the Land of Annihilation." The old man announced the punishment.

“She’s my sister, I have a responsibility. I’ll go with her.” Huai’an knelt down beside Huai Ying with a blank expression, looking firmly at the person above him as he spoke.

"What do you mean? You're joking, aren't you? How could I possibly kill my father? It's impossible!" Huaiying knelt below, utterly unable to believe what she had just heard.

The rows of people on the platform who were familiar to Xia Xiang looked at her with expressions of grief, pity, or anger, but none of them answered her question.

She did it herself, and Xuanming also checked her; there were no signs that she had been controlled by anyone. Now, he couldn't feel sorry for this little sister anymore.

“Father God, A-Ying is still young and may have been misled. Moreover, the matter is not entirely clear. Confining her to Demon-Slaying Island for life and forbidding her from leaving is too inhumane to banish her to the Land of Annihilation,” Xuan Ming pleaded.

Xia Xiang compared the two places and found that Bamo Island was simply paradise.

"Huai'an, you're her brother, what do you say?" The person sitting at the head of the table looked at Huai'an.

“I have no objection, I’ll go with her,” Huai’an replied.

Before Huaiying, who was kneeling below, could figure out what was happening, Huai'an took her to the Land of Annihilation.

During her time in the Land of Desolation, Huaiying spent each day recuperating from her injuries and then began cultivating again. She became increasingly silent. Huai'an wouldn't tell her what had happened, and Xuanming, the only one who came to see her, also remained silent about the matter.

Countless years passed, and the only people Huaiying could see were Huai'an and Xuanming. Later, she rarely even saw Xuanming anymore.

Just as Xia Xiang was getting bored, the person called Father God arrived.

"Ah Ying, you've regained your memories."

"Yes," Huaiying nodded politely without putting down her book.

"So, are you going to do as your father plans?" the deep voice asked.

"Father God, I do not approve of his plan," Huaiying said expressionlessly.

“My father once said that I am the embodiment of light, so it is impossible for me to do anything to harm the divine realm, let alone associate with the demon realm. He has mistaken me for someone else.”

The Father God looked satisfied, nodded, and was about to leave.

"Wait," Huaiying stood up and called out to him.

“Every year when the jacaranda flowers bloom, my father goes to pay respects to my mother. That place has what you want. Only I know this. If you want to know the exact location, take me there.”

"Alright, I'll wait for your message." The Father God paused for a moment, then smiled and said, "Ah Ying, you truly are the most outstanding of his children."

"Thank you for the praise, Father God," Huaiying replied expressionlessly.

Afterwards, Huaiying sent messages to the other two people separately—
