The Villain's Persona Collapses After Falling in Love

Bi Xie had never been in a proper relationship in her entire life before dying while climbing a mountain with her best friend.

She then made a contract with a gorgeous man who crawled out of ...

Chapter Two: The Contract After Death

She fell off a cliff and died.

He died a horrible death.

Without even thinking, Bi Xie could guess that he must have fallen so badly that even his own mother wouldn't recognize him.

Fortunately, the soul retained its original appearance after death, without missing any limbs.

Bi Xie didn't fall off the cliff on his own; he was pushed off by Tang Fenfen.

Before going to university, Bi Xie had zero friends. So Bi Xie thought that she should apply to a university that was far away, so that no one would know about her eccentricities, and maybe she could make some friends.

As for the peach wood sword, Bi Xie bought a large guitar case, put a small guitar on top, and placed the peach wood sword underneath, taking it with him wherever he went.

Sure enough, no one laughed at her for being eccentric anymore. Instead, they treated her as an artistic young woman. During her university military training, Bi Xie's outstanding looks attracted several suitors, but she rejected them all straightforwardly.

It's said that every girl in college has feelings of romance.

Unfortunately, Bi Xie has a constitution that causes "men to die if she attracts them." In order to avoid letting her bad luck affect innocent people, Bi Xie has remained single for 19 years!

Tang Fenfen was Bi Xie's first friend in college and also his roommate. She was warm and lively. During the first semester of their freshman year, the two ate together, went to the library together, attended classes together, went shopping together, and even watched basketball together.

Tang Fenfen doesn't play basketball, but she loves watching Tian Yucheng, the president of the basketball club, play. She never misses a basketball game in school that Tian Yucheng participates in.

The day before Tang Fenfen invited Bi Xie to go hiking, Bi Xie had just been confessed to by Tian Yucheng.

Bi Xie recalled what he had said to Tang Fenfen when he was pushed off the cliff: "Fenfen, Tian Yucheng confessed to me, but I didn't say yes!"

I don't know if Tang Fenfen heard those words.

Bi Xie sighed softly, feeling that he had died a truly unjust death!

Touching his face, which was so beautiful it could cause trouble, Bi Xie sighed, "Tsk, my damned, irresistible charm!"

While the ghosts were still immersed in the grief and excitement of not knowing they were dead, Bi Xie headed towards the mass grave, intending to find a good place to stay first.

"Do you want to live?" A cold voice, seemingly emanating from the abyss and of indeterminate age, rang in her ears.

Bi Xie paused, his steps faltering. He glanced at the ghosts still wailing pitifully around him, but couldn't discern anything amiss. Just as he thought he was hallucinating, the cold, flat voice continued, "Lonely souls have no way to return. Do you want to continue living?"

"Are you human or a ghost? Are you talking to me?" Bi Xie was unsure where the voice was coming from or whether it was being spoken to, so she asked cautiously.

The voice disappeared for a moment, then spoke again after a long pause: "Bi Xie, do you want to survive?"

Referring to her by name clearly means that you are talking to her.

Bi Xie asked, "Who are you? Can you bring me back to life?"

Of course she wanted to live, especially since she was now a wandering ghost, not knowing when her body would be found or whether she would receive paper money during the Qingming Festival.

Dead ghosts are not scary; penniless ghosts are the scariest.

The voice didn't ring out again. Bi Xie said anxiously, "Don't go! As long as you don't make me break my morals, kill or commit arson, and let me live, I'm willing to do anything!"

"Make a pact with me, complete my mission, and you will survive." The voice suddenly rang out again.

Bi Xie grasped at this as if it were a lifeline, fearing that the cold, distant voice would disappear again, and nodded repeatedly, saying, "I am willing to complete the mission for you."
