The Walking Dead: Transmigrated

The world is a piece of dog shit, but luckily you are by my side.

I woke up and went from being Chinese in China to being Chinese in America.

Oh well, being Chinese is fine.

Just ...

She wasn't stupid. Lina sat comfortably in his lap, continuing to scoop out ice cream. "Want some?"

Lena raised the spoon, and Daryl narrowed his eyes, staring at Lena before lowering his head and slowly taking the spoon into his mouth.

Lena licked her lips, pulled the spoon out, stuffed it into the ice cream, tossed it onto the coffee table, straddled Daryl, and cupped his face in her hands. "Brother, wanna go out?"

Daryl paused for a moment, "Are you sure?"

Lena raised an eyebrow and took a box out of her pocket. Daryl glanced at her and asked, "When did you buy this?"

He wasn't some Puritan, as he'd already said. Picking up the person in his arms, Daryl kicked open the bedroom door.

“You can still regret it now,” Daryl said, throwing her onto the bed and looking down at her.

"Brother, are you impotent?" Lina said provocatively.

Daryl sneered. Since she was so ungrateful, Daryl didn't stand on ceremony with her. He took off his shirt and climbed into bed.

"Those muscles... Brother, are you a fitness instructor?" Lina asked curiously.

"No, don't call me that," disgusting.

"Hmm?" Lina mischievously grabbed Daryl's hair. "Don't you like it, brother? How about I call you uncle? Or~" Lina leaned close to Daryl's ear, "daddy?"

Her response was a piece of clothing that was pressed under the covers and instantly torn to shreds.

"Hey! My clothes are expensive!" Lina's complaint was cut off by a kiss, just as she had said before, Daryl's kissing skills were good.

In her dazed state, Lina felt a chill on her body, followed by a burning heat.

Everything fell into place naturally.

Lina was awakened by the smell of food. She yawned, scratched her hair, grabbed a short-sleeved shirt, put it on, and went out in her slippers.

Daryl was shirtless in the kitchen making breakfast when Lena walked over and hugged him from behind. "I'm starving."

Daryl picked up a piece of toast for her, and Lina, with the toast in her mouth, walked to the table in a daze and plopped down.

A moment later, Daryl placed a plate in front of her: scrambled eggs toast.

Lina tossed her half-eaten white toast to Daryl, "Can we not eat eggs next time? I'm getting sick of eating eggs for breakfast every day."

No wonder she ate all the eggs last time; it turns out she didn't want to eat them.

Daryl glanced at Lina. "You can eat whatever you want. Make it yourself."

If she could do it herself, why would she need him?

"Cold-blooded and heartless, they turn their backs on you once they've pulled up their pants," Lina complained.

Daryl choked. If he really didn't recognize her, she should be at the door right now.

“Let’s go out and have some fun. I haven’t really explored Georgia properly yet,” Lena said. “At least take me to some nice places?”

Daryl scoffed. "How would I know?"

Lina looked at him unhappily, and Daryl sighed, "Eat quickly."

Lina ate happily. After finishing her meal, she changed into a pretty little dress and shoes. Lina then took Daryl's arm and skipped downstairs.

Daryl felt a little uncomfortable; it was just like, like a typical day for a couple.

Drive to the vicinity of Atlanta, where you will see the eighth wonder of the world, the Georgia Rocks.

Although Daryl sees it as just a big rock, people keep coming here to take photos.

"Since we're already here," Lina said. She wasn't particularly interested in the stone either, but since she was already there, she figured she had to come.

Taking photos and checking in is still necessary.

Although she doesn't have a cell phone.

But Daryl does.

"You better take a good picture of me, or I'll beat you up!" Lina waved her fist.

This was truly the first time he had ever done something like this.

Daryl couldn't figure out what kind of photos were considered good; to him, they were all the same.

But when he saw Lina's dark face, he knew he had messed up.

“I’m still expecting something,” Lina muttered to herself. “It’s a foreigner, it’s a foreigner, and a rough guy, and a rough guy…” After a long period of hypnosis, Lina glared at Daryl, pulled him over, and took out her phone to take pictures with the front camera.

Daryl felt a little uncomfortable; he thought taking pictures was stupid.

But he couldn't persuade Lina otherwise, so he frowned and pretended to be just a decorative piece.

"You don't even smile," Lina said angrily, pinching Daryl's arm; his muscles were strangely firm.

“Go back and touch it,” Daryl said, glancing at Lina.

Ahem, Lina guiltily withdrew her hand.

She doesn't like overly muscular muscles, the kind that look like they've been built up by taking protein powder and spending a lot of time in the gym, nor does she like overly skinny muscles.

Daryl's muscles are just right.

It's hard to imagine a person whose aesthetic sense is entirely aligned with their personality.

But that's exactly what happened.

Moreover, his personality isn't that bad. Lina has come to understand what the "cold-faced underwear washing" person is like these past few days.

It's actually quite interesting; it's like a big tsundere.

“Let’s go inside,” Daryl gestured for Lena to walk with him toward the car. There was nothing interesting here; perhaps she would like it inside Atlanta.

The most prominent landmark in downtown Atlanta is the Millennium Gate, which is both a triumphal arch and a history museum. Lena dragged Daryl around inside, where you can learn about Georgian history and culture.

Although neither of them was interested.

"So what do you usually do when you're resting?" Lina asked, somewhat bored. This was definitely a terrible sightseeing trip.

“Stay in the woods,” Daryl said.

"Why?" Lina asked, somewhat curious.

“Why so many whys?” Daryl clicked his tongue.

“Take me to see it,” Lina said curiously, grabbing Daryl. “Is it far?”

Daryl stared at Lina for a long time, then finally pursed his lips and said, "Let's go."

It was farther and more remote than Bilina had imagined, to the point that they eventually had to get out of the car and walk.

To Lina, everything in the woods looked the same: trees, grass, trees and grass everywhere.

“There’s a stream ahead,” Daryl said, turning around to lift Lina down the slope.

To be honest, it's quite fun being hugged and swung around by him every time.

Lena gripped Daryl's arm, carefully stepping on the slippery ground. There was a lot of moss there, and she didn't want to break her leg.

After walking about several dozen meters, Lina heard the sound of water. "Are you so familiar with this place?"

“If you’ve lived around here for over a decade, you’ll be familiar with everything here,” Daryl said casually.

"Not necessarily," she said, since she didn't know the way and everything looked the same to her.

The water in the stream was very clear. Lina reached out and touched it; it was icy cold. "Aren't there any fish?" she asked curiously.

“There aren’t any here, but there are in the lake ahead.” Daryl pointed in a direction with his chin.

"Can we catch some fish to grill later?" Camping, yay!

“Look,” Daryl reached out and pulled Lina up. After taking only a few steps, Lina had already twisted her ankle several times. Daryl glanced at her little high heels, curled his lip in disdain, and thought, “These things are the most useless.”

“Come up,” Daryl said, crouching down in front of Lina.

He was quick-witted enough to notice; Lina climbed on top of him, excitedly grabbing Daryl's hair, "Charge!!!"

"Hiss," Daryl complained, and sped up. "What do you take me for?"

It was just like Tarzan traversing the jungle, Lina shouted excitedly.

Daryl felt like she was going deaf, and had no idea what she was so excited about.

Daryl smiled and said that it took them about half an hour to reach the lake he had mentioned.

It's beautiful and quiet.

The person who was just shouting and yelling endlessly is now sitting quietly by the lake, looking at the water.

Daryl raised an eyebrow. The most beautiful time here is at dusk, when the setting sun will turn the lake into a golden glow. Daryl didn't disturb Lina. He went to the side to pick up some branches, then rolled up his trousers and walked into the lake.

"Be careful, you might get a cramp!" Lina shouted as she snapped out of her daze.

A jinx.

Daryl swiftly grabbed a fish and threw it to Lina.

"Ouch!" It almost hit her!

Seeing Daryl's gloating smile, Lina rolled up her sleeves, put her hands on her hips, and shouted in a loud voice, "If you're so tough, don't come up here later, and see how I deal with you!"

In response to Lina's anger, Daryl kept throwing fish at her, which made Lina furious and flailing her arms around the lake.

Even though she hadn't gone into the water, her clothes were still damp.

It's all Daryl's fault!

The grilled fish for dinner was fresh, but it had no flavor at all; neither of them had prepared any seasoning.

Lina was always picky, and after taking two bites, she refused to eat any more. Daryl took the rest and started eating it himself.

Lena, chin in hand, stared at him. Her eating was rough, but compared to him, it possessed a strange, wild beauty. "You're so easy to please," she said.

“Everyone is easier to take care of than you,” Daryl retorted.

"Why are you resorting to personal attacks?" Lina said angrily. "Besides, I'm quite easy to take care of."

Daryl didn't reply. "Look, the sunset." He looked up and gestured, and Lina followed his gaze.

This angle is really beautiful.

Lina quietly watched the scene before her. The sunset was infinitely beautiful, but it was nearing dusk.

Let's just look at the first half of the sentence.

Lina turned to look at Daryl, who had finished his grilled fish and was licking his fingers.

Lina pulled a tissue from her pocket. "Wipe yourself off."

“Pretentious,” Daryl complained.

“You’re not hygienic at all,” Lina retorted.

“Nonsense,” Daryl said.

Lina snorted coldly, "Come here."

Daryl crumpled the paper in his hand and looked at Lina with a puzzled expression. What was he doing?

Lina shook her head helplessly. This damn blockhead.

"come over!!!"

Daryl moved closer to Lina with a puzzled look. Lina took out a tissue, leaned close to him, and wiped the corner of his mouth.

Let's just say she's being overly fussy.

Daryl was lost in thought, the soft tissue sliding across his face endlessly. Daryl took Lina's hand and looked down at her.

That wicked little rascal just stared at him defiantly.

Daryl picked her up and placed her on his lap, pulled her down to kiss her.

It was thrilling. Lina, with tears in her eyes and her body trembling, watched the sun finally disappear below the horizon, leaving only a hazy yellow sky.

She didn't remember how she got back, only that while taking a shower, the two of them fooled around for a while, and then she finally fell into a deep sleep.

It seems like things aren't so bad if things continue like this.
