Su Tang was completely bewildered.

These griffin orcs are running way too fast!

Wait, the griffins have all run away, so how are she and Hu Shen leaving this island?!

“A-Tang.” Hu Shen looked at Su Tang, his gaze softening.

He strode forward with his long, slender legs.

Unbeknownst to them, a pair of dark and malevolent eyes were watching them from inside the cave.

Just then.

A dark figure rushed out of the cave behind Su Tang.

"Don't move! Brother Hu Shen, you're not allowed to come any closer, or I'll slit her throat right now!"

Hu Sha's face was contorted with rage as she held a sharp seashell pressed tightly against Su Tang's neck.

Su Tang was bound like a rice dumpling and had no time to dodge.

She tried to break free from Hu Sha, but unexpectedly, the other woman tightened her grip, and a sharp pain shot through her neck.

Su Tang frowned deeply. This Hu Sha really is a persistent ghost!

Hu Shen stopped in his tracks, his face dark as he stared at the sharp seashell on Su Tang's neck.

"Husha, let her go." His voice was filled with rage.

His eyes were filled with murderous intent, leaving no doubt that he would snap Hu Sha's neck the moment Su Tang left the danger zone.

"I won't let go, Brother Hu Shen. I like you so much, why is she the only one in your heart? What right does she have to be with you?"

Hu Sha's eyes were filled with hatred.

"This female is the one who ruined me. Even if I die, I'll take her with me!"

As she spoke, she slowly moved backward.

Hu Shen looked nervous and wanted to step forward, but she stopped him loudly.

"Don't come any closer! Brother Hu Shen, if you don't want her to die right now, don't come near me. I know you can save her, but if you take another step closer, I'll kill her immediately!"

A chilling glint flashed in Hu Shen's eyes. "Hu Sha, what exactly do you want to do?"

"I'm going to the shore, and you're not allowed to come near us," Hu Sha said without hesitation.

"Okay, I won't come closer." Hu Shen clenched his fist and kept a safe distance.

A mocking smile appeared in Hu Sha's eyes as she slowly moved towards the island's shore, step by step.

She knew that if she killed a female on the island, Tiger Brother would kill her immediately.

If she were in the sea, she would have a chance to survive.

She absolutely must kill this female!

"Walk!"

"Hu Sha, if you stop now, you still have a chance to live." Su Tang said as she walked, rubbing the rope on her wrist.

"Shut up!"

Hu Sha snarled fiercely, her hand gripping tightly the wound on Su Tang's shoulder.

Su Tang ate in pain, and beads of sweat appeared on her forehead.

Do they all have a grudge against her shoulder?

The three remained in this stalemate for half an hour before finally reaching the shore.

The waves crashed against the sand on the shore, one after another, tirelessly.

A golden sunset hangs over the sea.

Three shadows were imprinted on the beach, one in front of the other.

Su Tang felt the seawater lapping against her feet, sending a cool sensation through her body.

The two had already reached the edge of the island.

"Enough, Hu Sha, what else do you want to do? Let her go."

Hu Shen's gaze was almost sharp as a knife; if he could, he would have loved to tear Hu Sha to pieces.

Hearing Hu Shen's voice, Hu Sha stopped walking towards the sea.

She turned around, her eyes reddening, her voice soft and aggrieved.

"Brother Hu Shen, I just like you. Mating with me is the only way I'll let her go, okay?"

The next second, Hu Sha's expression turned ferocious again.

It's like they're performing a face-changing act.

"If you, Brother Hu Shen, don't agree, then I'll die with her!"

Su Tang could feel Hu Sha's excitement; her face was covered in Hu Sha's spittle.

She took a deep breath and slowly spoke to Hu Shen:

"Hu Shen, don't listen to this madman, we can't go back from here anyway..."

"Shut up! Who told you to speak!"

Hu Sha rebuked her sharply, but Su Tang ignored her soprano voice.

“Didn’t you hear what the griffin leader said? There’s no food on this island, and we’re all going to die sooner or later. Threatening Hu Shen with my life doesn’t seem to work.”

"Or, you can have Hu Shen come over, and the three of us can jump into the sea together. Don't you like Hu Shen? It'll be good if we die together."

Su Tang kindly offered the suggestion.

"Since you like Hu Shen so much, you should be happy to die with him!"

Her calm demeanor left Hu Sha somewhat bewildered.

Damn, this is not what she imagined. How come this female is not afraid of death?

Shouldn't she be afraid and beg for mercy, asking Tiger God to mate with her to save her?

"You lunatic, shut up!"

A hint of fear flashed in Hu Sha's eyes, and she roared in exasperation.

She didn't want to die; she just wanted this female to die so she could be with Brother Hu Shen.

Seeing Hu Sha's almost frantic excitement, a hint of mockery flashed in Su Tang's eyes.

She had realized long ago that Hu Sha had no intention of dying.

If he really wanted to die together with her, he would have slit her throat long ago and taken her down with him.

Su Tang obediently shut up.

Hu Shen looked at Hu Shen expressionlessly and said, word by word:

"I will not mate with you, nor will I like you. Whenever I meet Atang, the only female I will like is her."

Upon hearing this, Hu Sha's eyes turned bloodshot, and she screamed hysterically.

"I'm clearly the most suitable person to be your partner, so why don't you choose me?!"

"I know, isn't it that old man who wouldn't let you be with me? He's the one who made you do this, isn't he?"
