“Hmm, where are you?” Riemann asked.

"I'm getting a facial at the beauty salon, do you want to come over?"

Riemann hesitated for a moment and said, "Uh... I won't go."

Tan Xiyuan sensed that Li Man was acting strangely today, speaking haltingly. When she called Li Man, Li Man didn't say anything, so Tan Xiyuan asked, "Is something wrong? How about this, I'm almost done washing my face, where are you? I'll come find you."

Riemann thought for a moment and said, "Never mind, I'll come find you myself."

"Okay, come over here then, see you in a bit."

After hanging up the phone, Li Man went to find Tan Xiyuan.

When they arrived at the beauty salon, Tan Xiyuan had already finished washing her face. She asked Li Man, "Would you like to get a facial too?"

Riemann had no interest in washing her face and shook her head, saying, "No need."

Seeing that Li Man looked preoccupied, Tan Xiyuan suggested that they go for coffee.

Riemann nodded, and the two of them chose a window seat at a nearby cafe.

As soon as she sat down, Tan Xiyuan asked with concern, "What's wrong? Is something the matter?"

Riemann touched her nose, trying to hide her embarrassment. "My problems are nothing special, just my usual tidbits. But how have things been between you and Lu Feng lately?"

"We're just so-so," Tan Xiyuan replied casually, but as soon as she finished speaking, she felt something was off. Why was Li Man asking about them for no reason?

Tan Xiyuan looked at Li Man and said, "Just say what's on your mind. You're really annoying, you know that?"

Riemann steeled her heart and said, "Let me show you something first."

As she spoke, Li Man sent the photos she had taken to Tan Xiyuan's phone.

When Tan Xiyuan saw the photo sent by Li Man, she was stunned. She stared blankly at the man in the photo on her phone. She would recognize him even if he turned to ashes, because it was her husband, Lu Feng. But the woman he was holding was not her!

Tan Xiyuan's mind went completely blank.

The man who kept saying he loved her, who said it didn't matter if they didn't have children, that they would grow old together, actually betrayed her.

Riemann understood who Tan Xiyuan was referring to.

“These photos don’t prove anything. You should go back and talk to him properly. Maybe it’s a misunderstanding,” Riemann comforted him.

Looking at the photos on her phone, Tan Xiyuan's tears kept rolling down her cheeks. "What else is there to say? The facts are right in front of us. I can't have his children, so it's only natural that he'll go find another woman to have them. If anyone's to blame, it's myself for being so weak!"
