Mi watched the shimmering bubbles burst and gradually return to calm, like a dazzling fireworks display. She stretched out her witch's thread and scooped up one or two broken bubbles, each one giggling, brimming with delight and satisfaction. After a while, Ailian, whose breathing had calmed slightly, turned and nestled against Mi's chest, biting her lip shyly. "Mi, Mi, was I... just now? Humph, Mi, you can laugh at me." Ailian stared into Mi's smiling eyes, blushing as she turned and lay back on the bed, huffing, "I told you I wanted to go see for myself! It's all Xiaowei's fault!"

Mi turned to look at the flushed face before her, still tinged with passion. Her eyes were slightly red-rimmed, the corners moist, and lingering tears clinging to her long, delicate eyelashes. Ailian's small nose twitched, her lips parted slightly, her rosy lips more swollen than usual, appearing fuller and more moist. This angry little kitten scratched at Mi's body with her paws, huffing and puffing as she tried to mask her earlier confusion and foolishness with her anger.

“Ailian, you look beautiful right now, like a—” Mi turned and rested his head on his hand, looking at her, “a dahlia in full bloom.” Ailian’s body was still heaving with excitement, her flushed skin still flushed with passion. As he spoke, Mi turned around, propping himself up on his arms, looking into the expectant and affectionate eyes that were gazing at him. Out of the corner of his eye, Mi’s gaze swept over Ailian’s young and full body. Ailian’s body was as young and delicate as a flower, her breasts as full as peaches. Was this the allure of youth? Ailian was full of a fresh green, her vitality exceptionally vibrant. Scattered red and orange specks of light coalesced into wondrous patterns on a large patch of green. Such powerful vitality could only be found in the mother tree of the Misty Forest, a mother tree that dominated and nurtured a vast expanse of life around it.

Mi thought of Anna. Although she hadn't seen Anna's body, she imagined it was similar to Mi's: breasts beginning to sag, skin losing elasticity, no blushing from excitement, no pounding heart, no rapid breathing—some things were the privilege of youth. But Mi now wondered if she had led Eileen in a strange direction. Eileen had just weathered an emotional storm; witch's threads were the best cheat code in the world. Perhaps Eileen should try to connect with normal men. Mi planned to ask Anna if her family had any young, unmarried boys. Eileen herself held a title and wasn't particularly concerned with social status. More importantly, Eileen only cared about being happy; she didn't participate in politics or have any plans for arranged marriages. She only wanted someone who wholeheartedly understood and loved her.

Outside the door, Xiao Wei's footsteps approached and then receded again. Looking at the sleeping face beside her, Mi couldn't help but regret her lack of restraint. Ai Lian, experiencing the first stirrings of love, relentlessly clung to her, refusing to fall asleep. The witch's body brought Mi the most pleasurable pleasure; she practically shared her body with Ai Lian. The witch's threads, such a powerful cheat, were too easily enough to make one succumb. The sunlight filtering through the curtains shifted from the bedside to the foot of the window, from a bright red line to now just a small red patch in front of the window. The sun was about to set; the afternoon was slipping away.

Mi sat up and grabbed the bathrobe from the chair. "Mmm, Mi, let me sleep a little longer," the kitten whined, cuddling Mi's waist. Mi removed the kitten's paw, stood up, and pulled back the curtains, instantly brightening the room. The kitten had to sit up and ring the call button to signal it was time to get up. Xiao Wei's footsteps drew closer, and Mi quickly pulled the bathrobe over the kitten's head, turning to face the serious-looking Xiao Wei.

Xiao Wei brought in breakfast with Xiao Bai: "Miss, please have some milk. Lunch is ready in the kitchen." As soon as Xiao Bai entered, she took a water jug, added warm water, and helped Mi wash up. Mi awkwardly avoided Xiao Wei, hastily wiped her face and rinsed her mouth. Just as she was about to return to her room, Xiao Wei brought her a glass of milk: "Miss Mi, please have some before you change."

"Ah, oh, okay." Mi took the cup, downed it in one gulp, turned, and ran to her room. Mi's room was next to Ailian's. According to the tradition of the Flower Kingdom, the second floor of the main building consisted of the master bedroom and the mistress's bedroom; there was a whole separate building for guests. When Mi first arrived, she didn't know this tradition, and Ailian Castle didn't have a special place to entertain guests. Xiaowei arranged for her to stay next door, so she settled in comfortably. It wasn't until the first social season arrived that Mi realized what an ambiguous position she was in. Fortunately, Ailian never needed to hold banquets, and the social season didn't require her to go out socializing, so almost no outsiders entered Ailian Castle. Those aristocratic rules and etiquette were reduced to the most basic manners for Ailian; she always tried to hold her head high and puff out her chest, like a fierce little ostrich. She would also always curl up in a ball on Mi's beanbag chair when Mi wasn't looking, looking more like a contented little kitten.

Back in her room, Mi reached for her clothes in the closet, only to realize she'd left yesterday's clothes in Ailian's room. She grimaced as she changed in front of the mirror. To avoid looking different from ordinary people, Mi had completely preserved human senses in her sculpted body. The advantage of this was that almost no one would suspect her identity; the disadvantage was that she wouldn't feel any less pain, even with minor injuries. Sometimes Mi wondered if she was being overly cautious, but the presence of adventurers from the Flower Kingdom forced her to be careful. Ailian scratched and clawed like a kitten. Mi looked at herself in the mirror; not only her back, but also her arms and legs were covered in scratches. Ailian's fingernails and toenails needed trimming; she'd trim them today. Mi narrowed her eyes and made a decision. Mi only wanted to steal Ailian's emotions, not at the cost of getting hurt herself.

Mi, who hadn't returned home all night, combed her hair while looking around, noticing a dusty smell in the room. She went to the bed, picked up the blanket, and planned to take it to the garden to air it out. Before she could even leave the room, her groomed kitten blocked her way at the doorway.

"Mi, Mi, I'm hungry! Are you hungry too? Let's go eat quickly, the fat cook has roasted lamb chops." Ailian, her face flushed, blocked the doorway. Seeing Mi come out carrying a blanket, she suddenly stopped, her face growing even redder. Twisting her fingers, she stepped aside and waited for Mi to come out before heading downstairs. Ailian followed behind and saw Xiaowei standing at the door, instructing, "Take the blankets from my bed out to air them too, and change all the sheets and pillows." Ailian's voice trailed off as she slowed her pace and complained to Xiaowei, "What you taught me is completely useless! I'm so embarrassed! Xiaowei, what should I do? What should I do?"

"Miss, I don't think Miss Mi is blaming you at all, so don't worry." Xiao Wei comforted her mistress with a serious expression. "I will change all the bedding in your room, so please rest assured, Miss."

“But I was laughed at yesterday. Mi already thinks I’m a child, and now she’ll treat me like a clueless kid.” Ailian walked downstairs shyly, looking at Mi who was drying quilts in the yard: “Xiaowei, I’m thirty-six years old, and I’ve been an adult for six years.”

The dignified and serious Xiaowei looked at her now-grown-up daughter and thought to herself, "Miss, no matter how old you are, in Xiaowei's heart you'll always be a child." Xiaowei turned to look at Mi, who was frantically busy doing something and walking almost in sync with her arms and legs, and smiled, saying, "Miss, I think Miss Mi is very satisfied with you." Then she turned back to look at her mistress, whose cheeks were rosy and eyes were moist; she looked like she had had a very pleasant night. Xiaowei teased, "Miss, who served whom last night? You seemed to be in much better spirits than Miss Mi."

"Hmph, of course I'll serve Mi! Xiao Wei, don't underestimate me, I'm the fastest learner." Ai Lian's voice suddenly softened, and she shyly pursed her lips when she saw Mi approaching. Xiao Wei couldn't help but come to her young mistress's rescue, so she squatted down and bowed to Mi, saying, "Lunch is ready, Miss Mi, please come with me for lunch."

"Oh, okay." Mi tried to appear as stiff and calm as ever, following behind Xiao Wei. As Mi walked past, Ai Lian grabbed her hand, shaking her arm as they walked towards the restaurant. Mi turned her head slightly, looking at Ai Lian smiling at her with pursed lips, and couldn't help but smile back. She used her other hand to pat Ai Lian's fluffy head: "Why didn't you comb your hair properly before coming out?"

"I want to wash my hair this afternoon, Mi, can you wash my hair for me?" Ailian took the opportunity to make a request.

"No singing practice this afternoon?" Mi is a strict teacher.

"Mi, my voice is hoarse." Ailian glared at Mi and muttered, "Can't you hear it? Can't you see it?" Xiaowei smiled slightly in front of her. Her young lady was so charming that even the king couldn't resist her. She was definitely going to get Mi.

"Xiao Wei, arrange for Ai Lian to have her hair washed and a bath this afternoon." Mi Mu looked straight ahead without glancing to the side.

“I want you to wash with me,” Ailian said, grabbing Mi’s arms and staring at her.

"Let's go eat." Mi grabbed Ailian's hand and led her to the table. There were golden-brown roasted lamb chops, fruit salad cut into small pieces and mixed with orange vinegar sauce, blanched and tender green vegetable sprouts, crispy and golden-brown fried fries, equally crispy and golden-brown biscuits, and plump white finger-shaped steamed buns.

"Change to a round table, Xiaowei, change to a round table." Ailian looked at the huge dining table with a few plates on it, while Mi had already sat down at the opposite end of the table. Seeing that the host's seat and the guest's seat were separated by about ten chairs, Ailian began to get angry.

"Yes, miss."

The maids busied themselves laying tablecloths, carrying plates, and fetching cutlery. Xiao Wei picked up the wine jug, poured two glasses of wine, and brought them over. Soon, two sets of cutlery and the prepared food were placed side by side on a round table in the corner of the dining room. Mi stood up helplessly and walked towards the round table. Seeing the two glasses of wine on the tray Xiao Wei was carrying, memories of last night flooded back: "Xiao Wei, give me some water, just plain water."

"If you won't drink, I will!" Ailian glared at Mi, who had pulled out a chair and sat down, and stood prettily to the side. Mi had no choice but to pull out a chair next to her and say, "Alright, sit down and eat. We need to take a bath this afternoon. Don't drink alcohol. Didn't you say your voice was hoarse? I'll make you some sweet soup this afternoon."

The kitten was easy to soothe, obediently sitting on the chair Mi pulled out and taking a hot towel to wipe Mi's hands. Mi quickly broke free: "You eat, you eat, I can do it myself, I can do it myself." The kitten was completely in a newborn dependency phase, wanting to do everything for Mi, and it looked like the kitten was about to get angry again. Mi quickly picked up the towel and wiped Ailian's hands: "Sweetie, I'll wipe them for you, here, all wiped, go eat." The kitten's lips curled up slightly, and it reached out and took a lamb chop, holding it in front of Mi. Mi's face turned bright red. On the other side, Xiaowei and the maids filed out of the restaurant. Seeing that no one was around, Mi reached out and pinched Ailian's cheeks, shaking them from side to side: "Where's your manners? Who taught you to grab things like that? Didn't they put cutlery in for you? Do you want to be on the headlines of gossip tomorrow if word gets out?" Ailian took a bite of lamb, used her other hand to support the back of Mi's head, and put the lamb into Mi's mouth, even licking her lips clean like a kitten. Mi began to regret teaching the kitten too well; the kitten was too good at applying what it learned to other situations.

"I'll feed you, sir." The kitten, its claws tucked away, obediently took another bite of lamb chop and fed it to Mi. "I'll eat by myself—" Mi quickly grabbed a lamb chop, but the kitten grabbed Mi's wrist and pulled it to its own mouth, starting to gnaw on it. Mi didn't know how she managed to finish such a chaotic meal. In just one night, the kitten had evolved from a clueless newbie into a seasoned Casanova, and Mi was completely out of control.
