Chapter 332 The Tenth Fortress, Fifth Legion

Damn it, all that talk about cherishing the last few minutes, about looking up to each other when we meet again, but we're never going to be separated!

Realizing he was internally swearing, Chenghua looked around guiltily. After making this subconscious move, he remembered he wasn't home, and his earlier momentary cowardice immediately subsided.

They barely slept during the competition and were all exhausted. After exchanging a few words, they all went back to their rooms.

Wen Zuo had just finished showering and lay down when he received a notification that Mo Shuwan had requested to enter his room. He quickly turned his head to look at the room, and after realizing that it was not his home, he smiled helplessly and clicked "accept".

Mo Shuwan had just taken a shower. When she saw Wen Zuo standing in front of her, she yawned, stood up, and threw herself into Wen Zuo's arms. She said in a muffled voice, "We haven't even slept together properly yet because we're about to face some terrifying enemies."

"Speak properly, don't be so ambiguous."

As he spoke, Wen bent down and picked up Mo Shuwan, who was yawning incessantly. He quickly walked to the bedside, then bent down and tucked her into the blankets, patting her waist. "Roll over a bit more."

Mo Shuwan turned her head to press down on Wen Zuo's hand, which was propped up on the pillow, and hummed softly in a coquettish tone, "I'm too lazy to move, you sleep inside."

Wen Zuo reached out and touched Mo Shuwan's soft, freshly washed hair, then lowered his head and kissed her closed eyes.

When Wen Zuo got into bed, Mo Shuwan was almost asleep, but she still squeezed herself into Wen Zuo's arms in her half-asleep state, her sideways leg also squeezing between Wen Zuo's legs, and said indistinctly, "Press on me."

It took Wen Zuo a while to figure out what she was saying. He hugged her tighter, letting her lean half her body against him, before asking, "What's pressing on you?"

"leg."

Upon hearing this, Wen Zuo remained silent for a moment before tentatively placing his leg on Mo Shuwan's leg. Noticing no resistance from her, he felt relieved, ruffled her hair, and said softly, "Goodnight."

At this point, Mo Shuwan had stopped moving and had fallen asleep in Wen Zuo's arms.

The entire time-traveling bus was completely silent, but a cloaked figure sat in the driver's seat.

Song Yu stayed on the bus until it arrived at the headquarters of Time Bus before leaving. After he left, Time Bus let out a long breath, probably because it was quite startled by Song Yu's sudden arrival.

The moment the bus stopped at the headquarters of Time Bus, Mo Shuwan and the others woke up as if they had sensed something.

"The journey has taken exactly five hours. We have arrived at our destination. Passengers, please disembark as soon as possible."

Mo Shuwan opened her eyes and then closed them again. She felt half of her body lying on Wen Zuo. She squinted, struggled in Wen Zuo's arms, rolled over, and pressed all her weight onto him.

Wen Zuo looked helpless. "Over a hundred pounds, that's not light."

Mo Shuwan: "...Who told you I weigh over 100 pounds???"

Sensing that something was off about Mo Shuwan's tone, Wen Zuo immediately realized he had said the wrong thing. After a moment of silence, he quickly made amends, "This blanket is too heavy. It must have made you at least ten pounds heavier."

Mo Shuwan raised her head and glanced at Wen Zuo, then looked back down. Actually, Wen Zuo's body was stiff, and it wasn't comfortable to sleep on her stomach, but she just felt at ease and comfortable.

Wen Zuo didn't say he wanted to get up, but quietly stayed with Mo Shuwan until the bus stopped and urged them to get up again. When the two of them got off, Chen Jiaxu and the others were already waiting in the carriage.

Upon seeing them emerge, the group waiting in the carriage silently scrutinized the two, seemingly searching for any signs of crime. However, before they could even make a joke, each of the four was punched by Mo Shuwan.

"If you look at me with those lecherous eyes again, I'll stab each of you in the back."

Yun Chen looked at Mo Shuwan with a smile in his eyes.

Although Chenghua looked aggrieved, she wasn't angry. She just pouted and said, "No one will like a girl like you who's so violent. Even if they do, they'll definitely turn their backs on you later."

Chen Jiaxu shouted from the side, "Captain, don't talk nonsense! If Wen Zuoxin believes it, we're all dead!"

Hearing their shouts and yells, Wen Zuo felt helpless, ignored them, and got out of the car first.

"Welcome to the Time Bus headquarters. I will now escort you to the meeting room. Please remain silent during this time."

Seeing the Time Bus staff member suddenly appear beside him, Wen Zuo took two steps back.

"Remain silent? You won't let me speak?"

The staff member smiled and looked at Chenghua, who had raised the question, "Yes, please remain absolutely silent, otherwise we may take some tough measures."

"Are you threatening us by saying that?"

Seeing that Chenghua and Yunchen were eager to fight with the staff, Mo Shuwan threw a few crystals at each of them and said, "Eat your food quietly and don't talk."

Cheng Hua looked utterly miserable. "How am I supposed to eat this? I can't even chew it! Swallowing it whole would kill me!"

"Then let's hold it and play with it." Mo Shuwan nodded, looking at the staff member whose expression hadn't changed. "Let's go."

The staff member didn't say anything more and immediately turned around to lead the way. However, a hint of surprise still flashed across his face. He hadn't expected that the person he was receiving would be Mr. Song's successor in hearing loss.

More than ten minutes later, the staff led Mo Shuwan and the others to a square that was not very large, but the people were gathered around the square, while the middle of the audience was empty.
