Thrown into the Beast World, My Powerful Dragon Husband Appears

[Sweet Romance, Ancient Times, 1V1] Shu Yue was a pampered rich young lady, spoiled by her doting parents. Unfortunately, she was raised to be arrogant and willful, squandering a perfectly good han...

Chapter 5 Rescued (2/2)

Shu Yue didn't expect that she had accidentally unlocked a new way to die. She wondered if it would hurt if she was eaten by the fish in the water...

She saw it. It was a creature with skin like a crocodile. It had already emerged. The row of densely packed teeth made her feel uncomfortable all over. She had encountered such a creature just one minute after falling into the water!

I kicked off my animal leather shoes and swam hard in the opposite direction, just as a struggle before death.

How could someone from land swim faster than someone in water? She paddled hard, only to feel a dark shadow passing by. Thinking she was going to be eaten, she closed her eyes in fear, waiting for the pain and death to come.

However, before she could feel the pain, she flew up and felt a cold touch on her cheek. When she opened her eyes, she saw a strange male orc!

Wente was flying over the river when a large black dot appeared in front of his sight. When he got closer, he saw a mottled python falling into the water. Before he could look up, another small figure fell not far away, splashing water.

When he saw clearly that it was a female, he was surprised and looked up to see where this female had fallen from.

However, the female did not notice him in the sky, and only saw the Polyodon in the water. The female ran away with a look of terror on her face. What surprised him was that even though she was so scared, she didn't scream.

Shu Yue was carried flying for a long time until she saw the river bank and was let down. She didn't know what race the orc in front of her was. She didn't find any orcs who could fly without changing into beast form in the original owner's memory.

But Shu Yue was not interested in knowing. At this moment, she was standing barefoot on the grass. The animal skin on her body was soaked in water and hung heavily on her body, making it difficult for her to breathe.

The orc looked at her and asked, "Where did you fall from? Which tribe are you from? I can send you back." The deep voice was different from the rich voice of other males, and it gave people a different feeling when hearing it.

Shu Yue squeezed the water off the hide uncomfortably and said calmly, "Thank you for rescuing me, but I can go back by myself. I won't bother you anymore."

Wente glanced around, stared at her with a strange expression and said, "There are no tribes around. Can you go back by yourself?"

"I can." Shu Yue said affirmatively, nodded to the orc, and walked in another direction.

Wen Te was stunned for a moment and shouted from behind: "You are going in the wrong direction. You can't go back like this, and you are too dangerous as a female!"

Shu Yue endured the discomfort in the soles of her feet and walked faster, obviously not wanting to pay attention to the person behind her.

She just wanted to find a place to spend the rest of her life and had no interest in anything else.

But she didn't expect the male orc's persistence. Regardless of her bad attitude, he still followed her and gave her two pieces of animal skin to tie her feet.

Shu Yue looked at the two pieces of animal skin in front of her and felt that some things should be made clear. "Thank you for your kindness, but I don't need it."

"I don't know you, and I don't want any annoying male following me!" It can be said that this statement is not only rude but also very ungrateful.

Sure enough, upon hearing this, Wente frowned. Even though the female in front of him was very beautiful, he no longer had any good feelings towards her.

The voice was no longer gentle, and he lectured directly: "The forest is where you make trouble? How did your father and mother educate you!" This chapter has been read (please click on the next chapter to continue reading!)
