The Reincarnation Squad enters the mission world

World Name: Solo Continent

Reincarnator Level: Tier 1

Reincarnators: 6 people (3 veterans and 3 newcomers)

Main mission: Survive until the mission ends.

Side quest: 500 points for each low-level monster eliminated, and 2000 points for each high-level monster eliminated.

Time limit: 48 hours

World Introduction: Fifty years ago, a mysterious dark space descended upon this radiant continent, bringing with it various strange creatures. Some were high-level creatures capable of assimilating an area and creating a domain, while others could only simply interfere with mental states. These creatures are categorized into harmful, harmless, and beneficial types. Currently, half the continent is assimilated or infected by high-level creatures. The Bureau of Mysteries, established by humanity thirty years ago to collect beneficial creatures, has stabilized this situation. The factions include the Human Empire, the Bureau of Mysteries, the Mystery Collective, and the Human Community of Destiny.

The world begins

Gu Changqing looked at the four white walls around him and, through his mental perception, sensed a group of people in white coats observing him through a screen behind the walls.

“Charles, look! This enormous energy reaction is hundreds of times stronger than the most advanced monsters we have!”

An elderly man with glasses and a full beard stared excitedly at Gu Changqing on the screen and spoke to the people around him.

"Yes, Professor Ace. If we control him, the unification of the Solo continent by our empire will be just around the corner!"

While the group was excitedly discussing, Gu Changqing on the screen suddenly moved. He looked in the direction of the people behind the wall, and then floated over. The four walls, which could withstand high-level monsters for a moment, couldn't even withstand them for a second and shattered into pieces in the blink of an eye.

Gu Changqing looked at the group of people and casually waved his hand. Except for the old professor, everyone's eyes were lifeless, and they all fell to the ground as if they had lost their souls.

Seeing the old professor standing there dumbfounded, Gu Changqing didn't ask anything, but directly stretched out his hand and started the soul search.

"The eerie research institute in the imperial capital? It seems there must be quite a few strange artifacts preserved here." Gu Changqing casually tossed aside the old professor's corpse.

Just as Gu Changqing broke through the wall, the Imperial Palace received news that the research institute had been damaged by an unknown humanoid creature. The Emperor looked at the report which described Gu Changqing as possessing a hundred times the destructive power of a high-level monster.

The king frowned and said to the Imperial Marshal Maurice beside him:

"Marshal, dispatch the Imperial S-Class Assassin Squad to contain this target. Remember, they must be alive!"

"Yes, Your Majesty."

Morris bowed slightly, and then arranged for the S-class team waiting in the research institute to go to the area where Gu Changqing was located to carry out containment.

Just as Gu Changqing was about to go to the strange creature containment room from the old professor's memory, the S-class team had already received a notification and blocked Gu Changqing's way to the containment room.

"Hey! I don't know what you are, but since you've gotten our S-class team to take action, you must be at least a high-level monster!"

The guy who seemed to be the team leader spoke to Gu Changqing.

Gu Changqing looked at the ten-person team blocking the doorway. Through his mental senses, he could tell that each of them was carrying at least two objects that exuded a strange aura.

"These must be the strange creatures mentioned in the introduction of the Main God Space. And judging from the fact that they are an S-class team, they must be carrying at least high-level strange creatures."

Gu Changqing felt the feedback from his mental energy and ignored the squad leader's question.

Seeing Gu Changqing standing still and ignoring him, the squad leader wasn't angry. He simply addressed his squad members:

"This creature is a being that the Empire has ordered to be captured alive, so I don't care what means you use, even if it means being assimilated by the monster, you must take it down for me!"

"Yes, Captain! For the glory of the Empire!"

After saying that, the eerie squad leader took out a palm-sized mirror from his pocket and pointed it at Gu Changqing.

"Magic mirror, magic mirror, as I wish, quickly take it in."

After pointing the mirror at Gu Changqing, the squad leader recited this awkward incantation.

As Gu Changqing watched the squad leader point the mirror at him and cast the spell, the mirror instantly burst into a flash of light, and Gu Changqing felt a faint attraction emanating from the mirror drawing him into it.

However, this pulling force seemed to be non-existent to Gu Changqing unless he used his mental power to sense it.

Seeing that Gu Changqing, illuminated by the magic mirror, showed no reaction, the squad leader said to one of the members behind him:

"Li Qi, use the amplifying artifact to amplify my power. This guy is stronger than we thought. The magic mirror can even trap super-high-level artifacts for 5 minutes!"

Li Qi, the squad leader, felt a sense of pressure when she saw that the captain's magic mirror had no effect on Gu Changqing. Usually, the squad leader would first use the magic mirror to trap the opponent, and then they would use the strange objects to attack the enemy in the magic mirror.

The magic mirror's effect is to temporarily imprison the person or object whose image is projected onto it by the host inside the mirror. Attacks specified by the host from the outside can reach the inside of the magic mirror without harming the mirror itself. The imprisoned person or object cannot be attacked from the outside of the magic mirror except by breaking the magic mirror's imprisonment.
