Seeing the gold and jade pendant in Gu Changqing's hand—a pendant that originally belonged to her grandfather but had been taken by Wang Qi—the girl quickly thought through her mind. Soon, a plan formed in her mind, and she spoke again to Gu Changqing:

As Gu Changqing's arm swung rapidly, the arm of the Imperial Finance Vice-Officer was also cut into different shapes by "Nightingale's scalpel".
