Hua Shi was a little surprised.

"Bring it in." Hua Shi opened the door, made way for them, and motioned for the two of them to carry it in.

After the two men put the hot water in the wooden barrel and trotted out, Hua Shi closed the door again and locked the door latch to avoid forgetting to lock it later.

"Xie Mingchi, do you want to wipe yourself before going to sleep?"

Hua Shi walked to the table and rummaged through the clothes in the bag she brought, trying to find some clean clothes. She would wipe herself clean and then change into them.

She asked, looking for something.

After waiting for a long time, Hua Shi only heard the sound of the black cat wagging its tail and licking its paws, but did not hear any response from Xie Mingchi.

"Xie Mingchi...?"
