Large tracts of land were cleared out, and mountains of stones and timber were transported to the island, where everyone began to work busily again.

Seeing everyone busy, even Grandma Gongsun giving instructions, Xiao Guai thoughtfully held her fish head.

The old lady patted the little monster's head: "Little darling, do you see? We're building a temple for the Mountain Goddess. There are still many temples that haven't been built yet!"

"Would you like to come and help?"

"Eek?"

The little monster tilted its head.

Grandma Gongsun pointed to the huge stones that required several people to hug, and then to the bare foundation of the temple.

"That is, move those big stones over and build a wall."

"Like this."

The old lady even gestured with her hands to illustrate the act of piling things up.

Now the little monster understood.

It nodded emphatically, indicating that it would take care of it!

The next moment, to the astonishment of everyone around, the half-human-sized monster grew taller in the wind!

In the blink of an eye, it transformed back into the towering, hundred-foot-tall fish-headed giant god, standing like a mountain!

The terrifying pressure vanished in a flash.

But this time, instead of feeling fear, the people on the island felt an unprecedented sense of security.

Xiao Guai lowered its enormous head and gently rubbed the scales on its cheeks against the old lady Gongsun standing at its feet, its movements incredibly gentle.

"Go on, good boy, get to work."

Grandma Gongsun smiled from ear to ear, waving her hand as if directing her own grandson.

Xiao Guai straightened up, took big strides, and walked to the pile of stones.

It stretched out its giant hand and easily picked up a huge rock that would have taken more than a dozen strong men to pry up, as if it were a small building block.

Then, with steady steps, it placed the giant rock firmly in the designated spot.

Perfectly fitted.

Then, the second piece, the third piece...

Even tasks that required some effort from A-Gu became as simple as child's play in Xiao-Guai's hands.

Grandma Gongsun stood with her hands on her hips, her face full of pride.

"Did you see that! Did you see that!"

"Our little darling is so capable!"

"That strength, that accuracy, wow, no wonder she's a believer chosen by the Mountain Goddess!"

Hearing the praise, Xiao Guai worked even harder, puffing out his huge chest even more, looking like he was begging for praise.

However, just as the island was bustling with activity, a storm arose once again on the distant sea.

The two sea gods, each with a different form, clashed violently. Their enormous bodies rolled wildly in the sea, creating towering waves that swept towards the Fairy Islands once again!

"not good!"

"The waves are coming!"

The island's inhabitants gasped in surprise.

However, they were not too afraid, since there was a mountain god temple guarding them here.

However, Xiao Guai was not so easy to deal with; a hint of anger flashed in her huge eyes.

The next second, it put the boulder in its hand on the ground, and its huge body leaped up and crashed directly into the sea.

Before anyone could react, a dark shadow appeared beneath the sea, hurtling toward the two giant beasts locked in combat at incredible speed.

Immediately afterwards, the sea was forcibly broken open, and Xiao Guai's enormous figure reappeared before everyone's eyes.

In its two giant hands, it holds a rebellious sea god in each hand.

The two monsters that were just moments ago so ferocious were now like two chicks with their necks being choked in Xiao Guai's hands, unable to move and filled with terror.

Xiao Guai's arm muscles bulged, and he suddenly swung it around!

Whoosh! Whoosh!

The two colossal beasts, weighing over ten thousand tons combined, were tossed into the distant horizon like two tattered sacks, turning into two small black dots and disappearing from sight.

The whole process was smooth, efficient, and decisive.

The sea surface instantly returned to calm.

The island fell into a deathly silence, then erupted into thunderous cheers.

"My little darling is mighty!"

"My little darling is awesome!"

The people were so excited that their faces turned red, and they waved their arms frantically, shouting with all their might.

Hearing the overwhelming praise, Xiao Guai was very happy.

It scratched its big head, as if it felt that the performance just now was not enough.

And so, its enormous body sank to the bottom of the sea once again.

A moment later, there was another crash.

It then pulled two unlucky sea gods out of the sea and, amidst even louder cheers from the crowd, performed the "throwing sea monsters with bare hands" act once again.

The two poor sea monsters flew through the air in a perfect parabola before being thrown around, their eyes filled with stars.

Not far away, Li Xuan and the other transmigrators watched this scene, their hearts filled with endless emotions.

"Who would have thought..."

Li Xuan muttered to himself, "The most ferocious overlord of this sea has now become the guardian of our temple, and even offered to put on a show..."

The silver-armored female gunner took a deep breath, her tone tinged with awe: "Indeed, she lives up to her title as the Mountain Goddess; even her followers are so powerful..."

This time, however, it pointed with its paws at the unfathomable sea, then stretched out its hands to form an enormous outline.

Immediately afterwards, it made a hiding and sleeping motion, its expression filled with deep apprehension.
