"There is no realm of mind there."

"What?"

Tianchen's sudden remark caught everyone off guard, and they instinctively looked at it, somewhat dazed.

Lu Li reacted the fastest, immediately recalling what he had overheard from the corner of the wall earlier: "You mean, there's no Jingxin in the southeast of the swamp?"

Southeast of the swamp, is the place where Yu Kaicheng and Bai Hongtu said they discovered something unusual and planned to plot against their master.

Tianchen was surprised that Lu Li was the first to react. He pursed his lips and nodded affirmatively.

Seeing the curious look in the eyes of the little potato next to it, it added a sentence.

"Not only is there no Realm Mind there, the entire small secret realm isn't controlled by Realm Mind. It's a trap set by those old men from the academy with ill intentions. Going in won't be life-threatening, but it certainly won't be pleasant." So, your choice not to go is the right one.

Tianchen didn't say the rest directly, but his eyes made it very clear.

The five who understood exchanged glances. Lu Li and Dong Hongyuan showed no emotion, Shushu's eyes were lively, and Dong Hongming and Dong Hongxuan were blatantly gloating.

The two even considered secretly following them to watch Yu Kaicheng and Bai Hongtu make a fool of themselves, but Dong Hongyuan stopped them.

Furthermore, Tianchen mentioned that there were many light screens installed behind the scenes, and the old men hiding outside could see what was happening inside through these screens. Only then did the two of them completely put their minds at ease.

Then, having completely lost interest in going there, the five of them turned their attention back to the Dream Grass. They took it out and counted it; they were only thirteen plants short of their goal.

This result instantly energized the group, and without needing Tianchen to lead the way, they began searching the swamp for places where Dream Grass might grow.

Seeing that the direction they chose did indeed have some dream grass, Tianchen ignored them and lazily wrapped her arms around Shushu's neck like a fluffy scarf, and fell asleep.

When it groggily woke up again, it felt as if the scenery around it was rushing past at high speed, and its fur was all ruffled by the wind.

Looking up, good heavens, I saw the army of spirit beasts right behind me.

There were at least dozens of them, their eyes bloodshot, and they were all at least at the Out-of-Body stage. They were chasing after it recklessly, launching attacks as they went.

I wonder what terrible things Shushu and the others did to deserve so many spirit beasts chasing after them.

If he remembered correctly, Shushu was supposed to be a treasure-hunting rat, a divine beast, so how could it be being chased by a group of spirit beasts? Tianchen didn't understand, but he was greatly shocked.

Then, Tianchen, who had just woken up and was still a little groggy, wrapped her arms around Shushu's neck and was led around by her to jump and dodge the rain of rockets, water arrows, and earth arrows coming from behind.

Several times, those spirit arrows grazed right past its fur, just a fingernail's width away, enough to take away its fur or destroy it.

As a white fox who loves fur and beauty, Tianchen could not tolerate any beast trying to harm his fur. Without thinking, he immediately raised his paw and swung it backward.

The claw instantly transformed into a giant claw print in mid-air, and the gale carrying spiritual energy sent a large group of pursuing spirit beasts flying backward.

There was a brief moment of silence behind them.

But it only lasted a moment. Soon these spirit beasts reacted and launched an even fiercer and more reckless attack.

Having no other choice, Tianchen could only condense several spiritual energy shields for himself and Shushu while occasionally striking to repel the pursuers behind them.

It was probably because it was too powerful that it quickly attracted the attention of some high-level spirit beasts, who then came after it.

As they drew closer, Tianchen also smelled a strange odor, and felt his blood and spiritual energy surge and churn as if they were about to spiral out of control.

Realizing there was something wrong with the smell, Tianchen immediately blocked his sense of smell. Still worried, he condensed several layers of protective shields and then ate a spiritual plant. Only then did the strange feeling disappear.

Immediately afterward, Tianchen disregarded whether the other party was a spirit beast from the same small secret realm and attacked without holding back.

With a powerful attack, several high-level spirit beasts whose claws were about to reach out were violently sent flying, over the horde, and landing at the back in an arc, rendered unable to fight.

Miraculously, after losing their fighting ability, they briefly regained their senses and, realizing something was wrong, took out their most treasured spiritual herbs and swallowed them.

Soon, they all regained full consciousness and finally stopped chasing after them, instead lying down to recover from their injuries.

Not only Tianchen noticed these changes, but Lu Li, Dong Hongyuan, and Shushu also noticed them.

The three of them were multitasking, simultaneously notifying everyone, dodging, and trying their best to break through the army of spirit beasts behind them.

Unfortunately, they were no match for Tianchen, and with so many spirit beasts relentlessly pursuing them, they couldn't defeat several spirit beasts with a single move like Tianchen. They could only slowly wear them down or target a specific spirit beast to succeed.

Although the process was a bit slow, a solution was finally found. Everyone did their best, consuming all sorts of pills like they were free, and throwing away talismans, array plates, and spiritual artifacts as if they were free.

After working hard for most of the day, they finally managed to take down the entire pack of spirit beasts that were relentlessly pursuing them.

With the last spirit beast defeated, Shushu and the others were exhausted and collapsed onto the ground, stuffing several more spirit-restoring pills into their mouths.
