"I'm still a little hungry, could you get me some more meat?"

Guo Xiaoxiao handed the bowl to Mickson, who immediately filled it with rice and handed it to her.

After finishing his morning tasks, Arthur returned to check on Guo Xiaoxiao's condition. He entered the room, stood by the bed, and stared intently at Guo Xiaoxiao.

She was enjoying her meal, completely unaware that Arthur was approaching.

It wasn't until Guo Xiaoxiao choked and coughed badly that Arthur bent down and patted her back to ease her cough, and she realized he was beside her.

Seeing Guo Xiaoxiao's rosy cheeks and luscious red lips, Arthur couldn't help but lower his head and kiss her.

Eat slowly.

Cang Jue raised an eyebrow: "So early today."

You got a good deal and then came back to steal them away? Those two haven't even gotten a taste of the spoils yet!

Aren't you all here?

Everyone was spurred on by Guo Xiaoxiao's affair, and they all acted quickly, rushing back to keep an eye on her, except for Randy, who was called away by Abil.

The three men watched over Guo Xiaoxiao until she finished her meal, showing no intention of leaving. Guo Xiaoxiao, after finishing her meal, was able to get up and walk briskly.

Arthur had come back to check on Guo Xiaoxiao's health, but to his surprise, she was perfectly fine. He wondered when she had become so healthy; he had been keeping her up all night, and she was still jumping around like a madwoman. It was unbelievable.

"Xiaoxiao, doesn't it hurt down there?"

Guo Xiaoxiao knew what he was asking, and her face flushed slightly.

"It doesn't hurt too much, but I can't do this every day. I'll rest for a couple more days."

Guo Xiaoxiao fled the room as if escaping, heading to the next room to check on the little snake. The three men, including Mickson, exchanged glances, knowing they hadn't satisfied her.

Guo Xiaoxiao just wanted to see Carlos right now; those three were watching her too closely, leaving her no room to escape.

What should we do? It's possible that Carlos, getting impatient, might storm into the Beast City.

Guo Xiaoxiao observed what the three of them were talking about next door. From their conversation, she realized they were conducting research on her body. Why had Guo Xiaoxiao's tolerance increased so much?

If she leaves quietly now, she shouldn't be noticed, she said softly.

"We're going out to find Carlos. You have to be quiet, don't let those guys hear us."

The little snakes understood her meaning and emerged from their nest, leading Guo Xiaoxiao ahead. They hadn't gone two steps when they bumped into Cang Jue.

Cang Jue immediately became alert

Where are you going?

Because of the small snakes providing cover, Guo Xiaoxiao pointed at the snakes and said...

"Go out for a walk! The sun is so nice, you should soak up some sunshine. You can't let him stay indoors all the time."

Cang Jue looked at her suspiciously, but finally relaxed.

"I'll go with you."

Guo Xiaoxiao's feigned refusal

"No need, I can manage on my own."

Cang Jue: "You're all alone. You're not planning to go find other orcs, are you?"

He looked at Guo Xiaoxiao with a gloomy expression, and Guo Xiaoxiao immediately denied it.

"No, no, I'm not looking for anyone. I'm just going for a walk. Don't overthink it."

She kept shaking her head.

Cang Jue became even more suspicious.

"Then I'll go with you. I'm free too, let's go."

Guo Xiaoxiao couldn't shake off Cang Jue, so she had no choice but to let him walk with her in the Beast City. Just to be on the safe side, Cang Jue wrapped her in an animal skin so that she wouldn't expose her face and seduce anyone.

Miksen saw it and came along too; he had originally planned to come out alone.

Currently, there are two guards behind them, one on the left and one on the right, like two bodyguards. The little snake seems to be intelligent, noticing that Cang Jue and Mikeson have followed, but it hasn't taken Guo Xiaoxiao out of the city.

They really did obediently walk along the less crowded areas of the beast city.

It's really unpleasant to be watched the whole time; they're watching so closely, not stopping for a moment.

They didn't dare tell them about Carlos; they were completely numb. As they walked, Guo Xiaoxiao started probing for information again.

“Mikerson, Cang Jue, you know, I was captured by Carlos for a while. He's dead, you know? If I were saying he wasn't dead, would you hate him?”

"I've hurt them so badly, it's more than just hatred," Mickson blurted out.

I won't hate him.

Guo Xiaoxiao breathed a sigh of relief, and then listened to Mickson say...

"Tear him to pieces, cripple him, let him taste what it's like to be a cripple."

Cang Jue: "Force-feed him the scorpion venom, leave him in a state of semi-death. Dying too soon would be too easy for him."

That's really what I think. Carlos died too young, without even getting revenge. It's truly heartbreaking.

Guo Xiaoxiao was stunned; they truly hated Carlos.

"Yes, I understand how you feel. He did some inhuman things, but he was burned to death, and being burned to death is very painful."

"Heh, consider it his retribution."

Mickelson scoffed.

Cang Jue sneered, "He's already dead, why bring him up again? He even left behind a bunch of his offspring. That's enough for this lifetime."

The two men left Guo Xiaoxiao speechless. Their resentment was profound, but it was only human nature; Carlos was the one who broke their bond, so it was normal for them to be angry.

Guo Xiaoxiao guided the discussion.

"Yes, he was very bad, but he has already received the punishment he deserved. We shouldn't hate him anymore."

Hearing Guo Xiaoxiao defend Carlos, Cang Jue's face darkened even more.

"You're still defending him? Have you forgotten how he bullied you back then?"

Guo Xiaoxiao: "No, I'm not defending him. I just think he's quite pitiful. He's already dead, so there's no need to hate him."

"If he were alive, would you still want to live with him?"

Cang said this with absolute displeasure.

"Sorry, we've rekindled our old flame. You haven't even figured out who it is just by looking at the beast mark." Guo Xiaoxiao glanced at Cang Jue's unhappy face, then lowered her head and smiled faintly.
