Cang Jue's tone tightened, and he spoke ambiguously.

"Cang Jue, you've come."

Guo Xiaoxiao smelled the aroma of meat in the air and felt hungry. Did they add spices? The barbecue smelled much better than Mikesen's.

Cang Jue gasped, his brows furrowing in pain. Guo Xiaoxiao smiled triumphantly, quickly leaving Cang Jue's embrace and sitting a little further away.

Cang Jue rubbed his aching waist, feeling resentful.

Guo Xiaoxiao turned her face away haughtily, pretending not to care.

Helpless, Cang Jue took a well-roasted lamb leg from the grill. The leg had been cut up, making it suitable for females.

The other orcs were very jealous when they saw the two of them showing off.

After finishing the lamb leg, Guo Xiaoxiao grabbed a piece of roast meat and started wolfing it down. She had a knack for it – she wasn't picky about food and enjoyed everything. She was also very adaptable to different environments.

"Female, what's your name?"

Where did this female come from, sitting by their campfire?

This is a slightly petite female, with reasonably regular features and much smoother hair; at least in the beast world, she qualifies as a beauty.

Guo Xiaoxiao put down the barbecue and answered

My name is Guo Xiaoxiao.

Cang Jue, with his sharp ears, remembered it; the other males secretly memorized it; and the females glanced at Cang Jue.

"My name is Amansa. I like Cang Jue. I've seen your beauty today and would like to get to know you."

Amansa's tone carried a hint of arrogance, but it wasn't unpleasant.

Guo Xiaoxiao didn't care. She liked Cang Jue, so be it; it was none of her business, Guo Xiaoxiao said.
