As an ace system, I have assisted countless hosts. Finally, I embark on my own journey of quick transmigration (also known as: a promising retirement mission).
In the Beast World, I meet a pi...
However, just as they were about to give the gift, Ace's second sister, Alan, appeared and said, "Give me the gift, I'll give it to Ellie."
On the other side, Ellie noticed the commotion and tried to come over, but was blocked by a large group of her tribesmen.
Seeing this, Alan took the gift and walked over to Ellie, handing it to her.
Ellie didn't open it immediately. Instead, she waved at Ahri while holding the gift and shouted, "Ahri, I really like the gift you gave me!"
Alan walked over at that moment, blocking Ellie's view, and said, "Ellie really likes the gift you gave her."
Ahri smiled politely, "That's good."
Alan suddenly said with some distress, "But there's something I've thought about and still want to tell you."
"What is it?" Aze, who couldn't stand people who were putting on airs, stood in front of Ali.
Alan feigned hesitation for a moment, then calmly said, "I shouldn't have said this, but you two are just a weak white fox and a rabbit beastman. Not only are you not very strong, but you also dared to try and climb up to my brother Ace. He is a warrior of my Lion Tribe, not someone you can even dream of. Although you and Ace and Ellie fabricated a so-called life-saving grace, I'm sorry, that lie is easily exposed."
"So what?" Aze did not back down at all, still standing in front of Ahri.
Ah Li grabbed Ah Ze's hand; he had changed a lot since the first time she met him.
A fierce glint suddenly flashed in Alan's eyes as he said, "So, you should leave here. After all, you've already participated in Ellie's coming-of-age ceremony, haven't you?"
"Well then, we'll take our leave."
Sometimes, forcing a relationship that isn't blessed to stay won't lead to a good outcome.
So, Ahri didn't stay behind Aze any longer; she took Aze's hand and turned to leave.
Alan stared at their retreating figures, then refrained from further harassing them.
Similarly, the partnership between Ahri and Ace was just something Ace mentioned casually; they had no real relationship, especially since Ahri was pregnant with Aze's child. In their eyes, such a partnership was not recognized by the Beast God.
Fortunately, Ahri and the others didn't bring much with them this time; Alan had already had some simple things packed up.
After Ahri and the others left the Lion Tribe, someone brought them over, and the person who brought them over was quite polite.
However, Aze was still angry, but he didn't say another word to Ahri.
Ahri smiled, continued to hold Ahze's hand, and said, "Alright, let's go back."
Aze bit his lower lip and said, "I will protect you and Zai Zai."
"good."
Ahri nodded emphatically with a smile. But she was a system, after all; even if she were the only one giving birth, everything would be fine.
At first, she did think that it might be good to have someone help her.
But things are unpredictable, and who knows what the outcome will be?
On the way back, Ahri led Aze along a shortcut. Since Ace and the others were with them on the way there, it didn't matter whether they walked fast or slow.
However, Ahri's delivery deadline was approaching, and she needed to hurry back. So, she activated a mini-map in her mind, choosing the optimal and shortest route while avoiding all dangers.
The journey that took half a month was completed in just one week.
Following behind Ahri, Aze thought it would be many more days before they got home, but when he saw the treehouse in front of him, he opened his mouth slightly and said, "We're back already?"
Ahri chuckled and patted his head, saying, "Yes, let's pack up and get some rest."
"Okay!" Aze nodded excitedly. Being able to return sooner would put his anxious heart at ease. He was terrified of encountering stronger orcs or wild beasts on the road.
However, just as Ahri was about to climb up the treehouse, she raised her hand to stop Aze.
"Ali?" Aze looked at Ali with a puzzled expression.
Ahri smelled the strange odor in the air and said, "There's an intruder in the treehouse."
Aze's expression changed. He sniffed the surrounding air and said, "There is indeed a strange smell."
Ah Li wanted to climb up to take a look, but Ah Ze grabbed her hand and said, "Let me up."
"It's alright, I can avoid any danger," Ahri said, and then nimbly climbed up the treehouse. She stood quietly outside the door for a while.
Aze followed closely behind, gesturing with his eyes before kicking open the treehouse door.
However, it was quiet inside, and there was no smell of other orcs.
Ahri felt something was wrong; she had clearly sensed someone inside the treehouse just now.
Just then, a snake's tail suddenly shot out from the shadows and wrapped around Aze.
Ahri quickly followed, took out her dagger, and discovered that it was an orc with the upper body of a human and the lower body of a black snake tail.
Aze was completely wrapped up by the snake's tail, and the man's forked tongue was constantly darting out.
It is a black mamba snake.
Ahri realized that the other party was in a tricky situation once she saw what it looked like.
The Black Mamba is highly venomous, has a high jumping ability, and is the fastest moving snake on the Orcish continent. It is also recognized as the most dangerous Orc.
Fortunately, they usually live alone, and there may only be one in a jungle.
Ahri considered countless ways to fight head-on, but in the end, she still chose to take out her special tranquilizer dart, which could immediately paralyze anyone with just a slight touch.
I just don't know if it will work against orcs?
Meanwhile, the orc that appeared in front of him did not immediately kill Aze. Instead, it kept slowly tightening its tail, and seemed to be quite pleased to see Aze in pain.
