It was not until 1986 when a ham sausage production prototype was introduced from Japan that the first ham sausage was produced in China.

She only knew that when she was a child, sausages were everywhere and a perfect match with instant noodles. However, she had no idea that making a small sausage was still a technical challenge at that time, and there was no such machine in China.

Jianshu had no choice but to let the food factory continue processing other products, and the sausage issue had to be put on hold for now. He would wait until the Autumn Canton Fair to see if there were similar machines.

If not, I can only ask Alvin to keep an eye out for it.

A few years later, when it spread to China, the relevant technology should have been available by then. If that didn't work, she could find a manufacturer to customize it. The cost was not the key point; she believed she could make it back in the end.

It was a good opportunity to expand the scale and build an instant noodle production line during this period. How could we have instant noodles without ham sausage?

But these are all things for the future, and there is no need to rush for the time being.

Now Jianshu attends classes every day, and goes home when he has no classes. In his free time, he gets together with his friends. He makes appointments with one group today and another group tomorrow. He also has to go to the store to inspect from time to time and worry about the affairs of both factories. His life can be said to be busy and fulfilling.

She did not attend this autumn Canton Fair because she had a heavy teaching load and could not change classes.

In addition to his favorite meat sauce, there are also jams, ketchup, etc. specially developed by Jianshu for the overseas market.

These are the ones with the least orders these days. Chinese people still prefer salty taste, and the market for sweet and sour sauces is not big.

Many Chinese restaurants abroad make changes according to the tastes of local people, but only a few adapt well like Alvin.

Aiwen's family owns a shopping mall. In order to be able to eat his favorite sauce at any time, he signed a long-term order directly with An Wenguang.

He will continue to place follow-up orders or cancel orders based on market feedback.
