"When we get back to the base, there will be plenty of fruit!" She raised her eyebrows and smiled.

"Just fruit?" Qin Guan was obviously disappointed.

“Of course there’s something else,” she added.

"What is it?" He immediately became interested, and the corners of his mouth rose a lot.

"Keep it a secret!"

Ruan Jiaojiao blinked and smiled mysteriously.

Then, he called Liu Yong, who was still trying hard to find the commander of his base.

"Here! Your base commander!"

She pointed at the person lying in front of her and motioned him to look.

Liu Yong turned his head and saw someone he was familiar with.

He rushed to him and after checking that he was just unconscious, he breathed a sigh of relief.

"Base owner, thank you for helping me find our base commander!" Liu Yong said gratefully.

It can be seen that he is quite loyal to their base commander.

Ruan Jiaojiao waved her hand and said, "No need to thank me. I just wanted to get what I wanted. When your base commander wakes up, we might have to discuss the issue of compensation."

She didn't say that she would rescue anyone for free if they came!

"That's no problem! I'll explain everything to the base commander when he wakes up!" Liu Yong said, patting his chest.

Originally, he wanted to find a place for the base commander to lie down, but after looking at the messy fifth floor, he realized there was really no other place to lie down.

"When I came back from the mission, I saw that our base was surrounded by zombies. I had no choice but to find another base to help us!" Liu Yong explained.

"By the way, base commander, this is the base owner who came to help our base! She was the one who rescued you!" He pointed at Ruan Jiaojiao standing aside.

Feeling the grateful gaze from the old man next to her, Ruan Jiaojiao also nodded at him.

"What about the survivors in our base? Are they okay?" he suddenly asked excitedly.

"I remember before I was kidnapped, they said they wanted the ordinary survivors to clear the way for them!"

His tone was anxious, and it could be heard that he was genuinely worried about the survivors.

"It's okay, they are all on the second floor, base commander, you can rest assured!" Liu Yong said with a smile.

"They are such a bunch of cold-blooded creatures. Do ordinary people's lives not count as lives? I let them in because they were being chased by a tide of zombies!" The base commander said angrily.

"So they were the ones who lured the zombies here?" Liu Yong was shocked.

No wonder he said he was only going to go on a mission, but the base was surrounded by a tide of zombies.

After seeing the base commander nod, Liu Yong was extremely angry and his fists clenched so hard that they made a crackling sound.

"Those guys got off too easy!" he said gritting his teeth.

"We really shouldn't have let them get away so easily!"

"Cough cough cough!" He coughed a few times, then looked at Ruan Jiaojiao and said,

"I don't know your last name. My last name is Jia."

"My last name is Ruan." Ruan Jiaojiao replied indifferently.

"Captain Ruan Ji, our base is in great need of your help. I also know that helping others is not free, so if you have any requirements, we will do everything we can!" Captain Jia Ji promised.

"Does your base have zombie crystal cores?"

She suddenly remembered that instead of asking for other things, she had all of them, and the zombie crystal core was more practical.

Captain Jagi was stunned for a few seconds before he breathed a sigh of relief.

He originally thought that Ruan Jiaojiao would make some other requests!

It turned out to be something useless like a zombie crystal core.

"Yes, but the quantity may not be too large," he said tactfully.

This thing can't improve your superpowers much. If you use it too much, it will cause toxins in your body and you may even turn into a zombie.

Their base only stores a portion of it, and they will not touch this kind of thing to forcibly enhance their superpowers unless it is absolutely necessary.

As he thought about it, he glanced at Ruan Jiaojiao in surprise, seeming to be hesitant to speak: "Master Ruan Ji, with all due respect, if you use this zombie crystal core to enhance your abilities, the side effects will be extremely severe!"

"Right here!"

He pointed to a black safe.

He went back and got the key.

After opening the safe, Ruan Jiaojiao's eyes widened.

"Lingdan, I've never seen so many zombie crystal cores in my life!" She marveled in her heart to Lingdan.
