Chapter 404 Sister, Don't Push Me Away

How to relax?

In the height of summer, she curved her almond-shaped eyes, tilted her head back, and gave a mischievous smile.

Looking at her vibrant appearance, Jiao Su breathed a sigh of relief, raised the corners of his lips, and lovingly placed a kiss on her forehead.

"Let me give you a massage, and after you take a nap, I'll take you to catch crabs in the sea, okay?"

That "Okay?" was both sweet and seductive, sending a shiver down Sheng Xia's spine and making her blush.

Add to that his god-like handsome face, and Sheng Xia was completely mesmerized.

Jiao Su watched as she lay obediently on the bed, her fair little feet casually tucked together, and she blushed when she glanced at him.

Her adorable appearance stirred Jiao Su's heart.

Unable to resist leaning over to look at her, he gracefully and elegantly squatted down and put her fair and round toes into his mouth.

He half-closed his eyes and kissed her passionately, almost forgetting himself.

Sheng Xia smiled gently, a tingling, itchy sensation spreading from her toes all the way to her lower abdomen, causing her to involuntarily flinch.

She kicked it with her foot and said coquettishly.

"Susu, stop fooling around, I want to sleep."

She was afraid that if she continued, she wouldn't be able to resist getting up and eating Jiao Su, but when she thought about how he was worth two people, she...

Never mind, your health is more important.

A dark glint flashed in Jiao Sujin's glassy eyes. He raised his head, his noble and aloof face tinged with a lustful allure.

"Sleep peacefully, I'll take you to play in the sea tomorrow."

In the height of summer, her almond-shaped eyes curved into crescents as she closed them contentedly, a rare moment of relaxation bringing her to a sweet, peaceful sleep.

I woke up just in time for lunch.

Yang Yun's peach blossom eyes slightly slanted up. He carried a beautiful ice-blue tray and walked briskly to the table to arrange the food.

He turned to look at Shengxia with a smile, picked up a roasted sweet potato and brought it to her mouth: "Xia, are you hungry? You'll be able to eat soon, have a bite to tide you over."

Prepared in the height of summer, and devoured with a smile, who could resist the soft, sweet aroma of roasted sweet potatoes?

Tie Bai was leisurely making a light-flavored juice when Shi Qing, Lang Ge, and Yang Yuan came running over and nimbly jumped onto the chair next to Sheng Xia.

"Mom~"

Sheng Xia smiled, took the sweet potato from Yang Yun's hand, broke it open, pinched a piece, and said gently.

“Come on, A Yuan, you guys have a taste.”

Several smaller chicks gathered around Shengxia's feet, curiously peering inside.

The smile on Shengxia's face softened even more when she saw the soft, cuddly female cub.

Upon entering, she was greeted by this scene: a cozy house with her own unique scent, which immediately put her at ease.

He stood quietly by the door, a smile playing on his lips.

Seeing the figure at the doorway out of the corner of her eye, Sheng Xia turned her head curiously and saw Hu Xue with a languid posture. She smiled and her almond-shaped eyes crinkled.

"Fox~ You're back. What are you doing standing at the door?"

Fox Snow curled his lips into a bewitching smile, and the red mole at the corner of his eye seemed to come alive as he slowly walked over and sat down next to Sheng Xia.

He leaned in and hugged Shengxia, his nose pressed intimately against her cheek, and spoke in a clear, tender voice.

"Sister Xiaxia~ Do you want some juice?"

Sheng Xia was instantly horrified. Her muscles tensed for a moment, but she quickly relaxed and leaned back into Hu Xue's arms, shaking her head.

"Ah Bai is making juice, don't touch it."

The kitchen killer still hasn't given up...

She lifted her eyelids and glanced at Tie Bai. Tie Bai's pink eyes curved slightly as he strode over, carrying a glass of juice.

He kissed her on the cheek and brought the juice to her lips: "Try it, it's fruit tea I made today."

Shengxia's eyes lit up. She took the drink and sipped it. The sweet taste spread in her mouth, delicious and not cloying.

"Mmm, delicious!"

Yang Yun glanced at the pink bunny sleeping soundly at Sheng Xia's feet, and a pang of pity swept through her heart.

He gently squatted down, lovingly picked up the little rabbit, and softly placed it in the soft nest next to him.

Sheng Wan looked up, bewildered.

"Are you full? What else would you like to eat? I'll make it for you." Yang Yun's cool voice carried a hint of indulgence.

Her previously confused eyes instantly brightened, and Sheng Wan obediently raised her head, speaking in a childish voice.

"Eat, it's sweet..."

With a slight curve in his fair eyes, he picked up Sheng Xia, lay down on the rocking chair, pulled her into his arms, and spoke in a clear and crisp voice.

"Xia, does Wan'er's eye look like mine?"

He's so powerful, Wan'er should be his too.

Before Sheng Xia could speak, Hu Xue, who was clearing the dishes, stopped what he was doing, turned around, and winked at Tie Bai.

"Wan'er looks like me."

He lasted the longest that day, releasing five times; Wan'er was definitely his seed.

The two tall and handsome orcs locked eyes, neither giving way to the other. After five or six seconds, they smiled at each other and turned their gazes toward Sheng Xia.

Looking into those two expectant eyes, Sheng Xia's lips twitched. What could she say? Unless there was a paternity test...

Yang Yun, smiling broadly, gently helped Wan'er and Feifei drink their milk, then turned to help Sheng Xia out of the predicament.

"It belongs to Xiaxia, and it belongs to us too."

Xiaxia gave birth to his child, but the rabbit looked just like Xiaxia's animal form, so everyone inevitably showed more favoritism towards Wan'er.

Shengxia nodded repeatedly, hugged Hu Xue and Tie Bai and kissed them on the cheek. Just as she was about to leave, she was intercepted by Hu Xue, whose face was flushed.

With his fox-like eyes half-closed, he embraced Shengxia, pressed his lips to hers, and murmured as he kissed her.

"Sister~ Don't push me away, let me kiss you, I miss you~"

As she felt the tenderness and affection on his lips, Shengxia paused her raised hand, then wrapped it around his waist and looked up in response.

Tie Bai chuckled and stepped back. He then spoke softly to Yang Yun.

"I'm going to Midsummer Forest to meet up with Aoki Shark Su. I'll be gone for a few days this time; we have a lot of beasts at home, so we need to store up plenty of meat..."

"Thank you for taking care of the babies. Keep an eye on Feifei and don't let her eat too many sweets. Xiaxia said it's bad for her teeth."

Yang Yun: She hasn't grown any teeth yet.

He didn't argue, a hint of kindness flashing in his slender, almond-shaped eyes. Yang Yun smiled and nodded, replying in a similarly low voice.

"Okay, there's some freshly made insect repellent on the cabinet by the door, and some dried meat on the top shelf of the second cabinet in the storeroom. Take those with you."

He made the jerky in his spare time, roasted it until dry, and seasoned it heavily, specifically for when he went hunting.

Spicy, savory, and chewy, Tie Bai loves it.

His eyes lit up, and he immediately went over to grab the dried meat, nodded to Yang Yun, and turned to leave gracefully.

When Shengxia came to her senses, she found the house much quieter. Yang Yun, holding the fiery red little fox, walked over to Shengxia's side.

His lingering gaze was fixed on her face.

"Xia, Tie Bai went hunting in the Midsummer Forest with Qing Mu and Jiao Su. He will be back in a few days."

Sheng Xia smiled gently, took Hu Fei from Yang Yun's arms, looked at her tenderly, and scratched her neck with her hand.

"Okay, I understand..."

There's enough food to last for several years; the male in the house is just too industrious, there's nothing I can do about it.
