Transmigrating to the Beast World: Just Want to Tease Men and Farm

Medical student Sheng Xia transmigrated into a cannon fodder female supporting character in a beast world novel.

The kind who offends the female lead and gets thrown into the forest to be bit...

Chapter 9 Taking advantage of me while I was asleep?

Every now and then, the chirping of an insect could be heard outside, clear and melodious. The wolf king's heart raced, and the female's body temperature, transmitted through his fingertips, made him feel a little flustered.

In her sleep, Shengxia whimpered and suddenly felt even colder, so she used both hands and feet to hug the giant hot water bottle in front of her tightly.

He chuckled softly, gazing tenderly at the little female in his arms.

There was no reply, only the female in his arms hugging him tightly.

He steadied his breathing, closed his eyes, and forced himself to fall asleep.

The sound of heavy breathing was particularly noticeable in the quiet night.

The next morning

Shengxia was fully awake, her eyes wide with disbelief as she looked at the wolf king above her: "You took advantage of me while I was asleep?"

"Bullying?" His voice was extremely hoarse, not understanding what she meant by bullying.

Shengxia noticed that his eyes had suddenly lost their light, his gaze had dimmed, and he looked dejected.

What's going on here? I'm the one being bullied, okay?

Shengxia felt that this matter needed to be clarified; she didn't want to be woken up while she was sleeping soundly—it was too stimulating.

After considering it for a moment, she said tactfully, "Tell me what you're thinking directly. Don't take advantage of me while I'm asleep; it makes me feel insecure."

Only then did the wolf king understand the meaning of the female's words "bullying".

He chuckled and explained, "It's my fault. You came over and hugged me just now, and I thought you were cold."

"I'm not trying to bully you. If you don't want to, I won't touch you."

Sheng Xia then realized she had made a big misunderstanding and breathed a sigh of relief, as long as she wasn't being bullied.

With her eyes crinkling into crescents, she said, "I'm sorry, I was so cold that I accidentally snuggled into your arms, which made you misunderstand."

"You don't need to apologize to me. You can do whatever you want with me." Wolf King's voice was extremely hoarse, and a hint of tenderness rippled in his eyes.

Sheng Xia's eyes narrowed suddenly, and her heart skipped a beat.

Wolf King carefully placed the last piece of jerky on the ground and said with a smile, "I'm leaving now. The jerky is in the jar. Remember to eat it on time and wait for me to come back."

He has a mate and needs to hunt more prey; it's his responsibility as a male.

"Okay, be careful." Sheng Xia smiled.

After the hunting party left, Orange came with an eagle to catch fish; she had already fallen in love with the Spiky Beast.

"Summer, summer, let's go catch the thorny beasts." She still lifted the curtain and came straight in.

Shengxia, who was still sleeping, suddenly sat up and yawned widely.

"I'll tidy up a bit later." Sheng Xia casually washed her face. Today she planned to catch more fish and gather some herbs to plant in her space.

The ginseng we brought back has been planted in the black soil of the space and watered with spiritual spring water; it is growing well.

Wolf King went out with the hunting team early in the morning, preparing several days' worth of dried meat for Shengxia in advance.

Hunting teams typically go out for three to five days at a time, only returning early if they encounter a large group returning with a full catch.

I've been staying home these past few days in the sweltering heat.

Yesterday, she asked Wolf King to help her weave two fish baskets. He is very skillful and wove the fish baskets after hearing Shengxia's description once.

This is perfect for use.

Holding two fish baskets, each containing earthworms and rotten meat wrapped in leaves, they were to be used as bait later.

"Let's go, Orange."

Seeing that she had brought so much stuff, Chengguo didn't ask any questions and just followed Shengxia.

The group arrived at the stream and, in the height of summer, found two spots with abundant aquatic plants, where they baited their baskets and placed fish.

Cheng Guo had never felt so ignorant before; how come she had never seen the things the girl was holding?

"Midsummer, what is this?"

"Place the fish basket where there are lots of aquatic plants, and you'll catch fish soon."

With a smile, Sheng Xia said in a loud voice, "Come on, come with me to gather herbs. There are many astragalus plants on the way here. I'll go take a look."

Chengguo jumped over and grabbed Shengxia's arm urgently, saying, "Herbal medicine? Isn't that something only witch doctors know? Shengxia, are you a witch doctor?"

She was startled, took a step back to create some distance, and explained softly, "I'm not a witch doctor. I've awakened healing abilities and know some simple herbs."

Cheng Guo had no doubts and looked at Rong Youyan with a face full of surprise: "You're so amazing! Now my male won't be afraid of getting injured when he goes hunting!"

The eagle, which had been stunned, smiled with relief upon hearing its mate's tender words. She was so kind.

Orange, full of fighting spirit, paced back and forth to calm her excitement: "Hmph, let's see who dares to look down on us now. You've awakened such a powerful ability!"

In the tribe, she and Shengxia were the only two females who were not well-liked, so they had a lot to gloat about now.

"Alright, let's go gather herbs. We'll make some insect repellent sachets for you when we get back. Look how badly your arm is bitten."

Shengxia quickly changed the subject, fearing that if she didn't intervene, Chengguo would walk like this all day.

The forest was difficult to traverse, so everyone carried a stick and tapped around to make sure it was safe before daring to move forward. What was supposed to be a simple herb-gathering activity turned into a whole day of work.

Shengxia thought to herself that she would go back and make the deworming medicine as soon as possible, so that she wouldn't have to go through so much trouble in the future.

Fortunately, the final harvest was good: angelica, mugwort, isatis root, dandelion, platycodon...

Everything you could want!

As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I was incredibly excited during the height of summer. I took everything I could, and secretly stored the rest in my storage space to plant when I got back that night.

"Oh dear!" Orange exclaimed.

The eagle in the distance immediately came over: "What's wrong, Guoguo?" He pulled Chengguo and checked her arms and legs. He found that his partner had a cut on her knee, and his eyes turned red with heartache.

"Waaaaah, it hurts so much! I got cut by a knife worm! Waaaaah, I'm bleeding so much! Am I going to die?" The eagle frantically wiped away his partner's tears, sobbing uncontrollably. The tall, strong man shed even more tears than the orange fruit.

Summer was a beat late, but when she came over and looked at Orange's knee, she was startled.

It was such a long wound, bleeding profusely, and the wound looked rather gruesome.

"It's okay, don't be afraid. I have healing abilities, just watch." Sheng Xia forced herself to calm down and gently comforted him.

She had never seen such a large wound before; the continuous bleeding was frightening.

The eagle, as if grasping at a lifeline, cried out urgently with reddened eyes, "Please help my partner! She can't be hurt! I'll repay you!"

Shengxia forced herself to remain calm, reached out and gently placed her hand on Chengguo's knee. Chengguo shuddered in pain, and Shengxia's hand trembled slightly.

"Ah!! Summer, be gentle, aren't we best friends?" Orange Fruit said loudly.

Shengxia bit her lip, steeled herself, and placed her hand on the wound. The green leaves unfurled, gleaming, and the wound healed at a visible speed.

Cheng Guo felt a sharp pain and opened her mouth wide to scream, but suddenly realized it didn't hurt anymore. She looked at her knee, which was smooth and flat without a single mark. If it weren't for the bloodstains, she would have thought she was dreaming.

"Let's go collect the fish baskets." Orange Fruit was fully revived, not forgetting the delicious Spiky Beast.
