In Little Ghost's mind, adults seemed to care little about anything other than minerals.

The two walked down the rock wall with the rock paintings to the flat ground and approached the outer edge of the building complex.

Before Little Ghost and Li Yu could get any closer, they were spotted by the patrolling ghosts.

"Stop!" a stern rebuke rang out.

"It's you again, you little rascal! Didn't I tell you not to come here again?"

The patrolling ghost spoke, then looked warily at Li Yu behind the little ghost, and questioned sharply:

"Who are you?"

The little ghost hurriedly explained, "Don't...don't be fierce! He's a good beast, my good friend."

"A strange beast?" Upon hearing this, the patrolling ghost's soul visibly trembled.

He was even more surprised, and with a mixture of astonishment and curiosity, he moved closer to observe.

He carefully examined Li Yu's solidified flesh and blood body, which seemed out of place in its surroundings.

When he confirmed that Li Yu was not a soul but a real physical being, the shock in his eyes almost overflowed!

'No, I have to go back and report!'

The next second, he turned around and burst into an astonishing speed, running towards the distant rock formations.

"He must have gone to find the other adults," the little ghost muttered to himself, looking in the direction the patrolling ghost had disappeared.

"But the adults all like minerals, not me. I wouldn't have come if they didn't know how to save my mother."

Before long, a noisy fluctuation of soul power came from afar.

A large group of ghosts rushed from the direction of the building.

Among them was a particularly tall and solid ghost with an even more powerful soul, clearly their leader.

The moment the leader of the ghosts saw Li Yu, his face lit up with joy.

When Li Yu saw the other person's outfit, she was first taken aback, then smiled slightly.

It seems the other party has recognized him as not being a ghost?

The centurion sighed at the surrounding ghosts, as if he had witnessed some historic moment.

The surrounding ghosts nodded in agreement, their gazes towards Li Yu filled with curiosity, and they chimed in with their own opinions:

"Yes, yes, it's so rare! I've never seen such a powerful beast before."

"I bet he has a big appetite."

Li Yu was utterly speechless after listening to these outrageous comments.

The centurion waved his hand, signaling everyone to be quiet and not frighten the high-level beasts.

Then, he made an extremely exaggerated gesture towards Li Yu, mimicking the gesture of a human nobleman depicted in the rock paintings:

"High-ranking beast friend, this place is rather humble. Please come to our city for a chat! Let us treat you to a proper meal!"

"City?" Li Yu couldn't help but raise his head, looking blankly at the centurion behind him.

There was only a cluster of low, simple buildings made of piled-up stones; they were more like large piles of stones than buildings, and could not even be called houses.

"Where is the city?" Li Yu asked, puzzled.

"It's right here!" the centurion pointed to the group of low-rise buildings.

"This?" Li Yu remained silent for a few seconds, looking at the extremely confident expression on the centurion's face, and finally just nodded silently:

"Fine, if you say it's a city, then it's a city." Li Yu was too lazy to argue, then changed the subject, his gaze falling on the centurion:

"However, I'd like to know what kind of outfit you're wearing?"

From the moment Li Yu saw the centurion, this question had been on her mind, and she had been wanting to ask it ever since.

The centurion's spirit was draped in a white sheet, which, coincidentally, had three holes in it, making the already ghostly centurion look even more terrifying.

If the centurion were to appear in Kangcheng, who knows what kind of trouble he might cause.

Faced with Li Yu's question, the centurion was not embarrassed at all; on the contrary, he seemed to have been asked about his proudest point!

The centurion proudly raised his head, deliberately flicking the sheet on his spirit body, making it flutter like a cloak, before launching into his eloquent speech, his voice filled with boastfulness:

“This is a cloak!” He pointed towards the rock face.

The centurion stood tall:

"Only a centurion like myself, who has made outstanding contributions to the tribe, is qualified to wear this legendary sacred object."

He turned slightly to the side, seemingly to show off the splendor of his cloak:

"Such a sacred and majestic cloak, I suppose this is the first time my esteemed beast friend has ever seen it?"

Looking at the slightly swaying tattered bedsheet and the extremely serious pride on the centurion's face, Li Yu suppressed the urge to twitch her lips and nodded with difficulty:

"Yeah, it's the first time I've seen this before. It's quite...unique."

Looking at the bed sheets, he simply couldn't bring himself to say words like "handsome" or "powerful."

The centurion was clearly very satisfied with the answer and shook his head smugly.

Sure enough, even high-level beasts have never seen such rare treasures!

His gaze swept over the little ghost beside Li Yu, and he realized that it was this little guy who had brought Li Yu here. His tone softened somewhat, and he praised her:
