"Lord, can we ride them too?!" The long-haired young man asked impatiently, wishing he could ride a spider for a spin as well.

"Me too, I want to try too." The other young people couldn't contain themselves and gathered around, their eyes filled with anticipation.

"Of course!" Li Yu gave an affirmative answer:

"As long as you can successfully ride and establish communication with the spider, gaining its approval, each of you will receive a powerful spider companion as your mount!"

Li Yu patted the white spider leader's cool carapace, leaned down close to its head area where its senses were concentrated, and tried to speak:

"I need your teammates to cooperate just like you did just now."

Li Yu's voice softened and became gentle.

Despite knowing the spider might not understand his language, he still pointed to the young man beside him, conveying friendliness, and patiently explained:

"These young people will fight alongside you in the future, protecting this foggy area and your nest from external enemies."

The white spider blinked its compound eyes and tilted its head slightly, as if it had been stunned for a moment.

Its massive body seemed frozen in place, standing there for a long time with only slight movements, as if trying to understand the complex information Li Yu was conveying.

Seeing this, Li Yu knew that language communication was limited, so she jumped off the spider and stood in front of it.

He pointed again to the eager young men around him, then to the other large spiders that were faintly visible, and then climbed back onto the spider leader's back.

He couldn't communicate directly with the spider leader, so he could only convey his intentions and express the concept of 'riding' through the most intuitive actions.

After a moment, the white spider seemed to finally understand, and suddenly raised its head and emitted a low "buzzing" sound towards the depths of the thick fog.

The sound quickly spread through the fog and echoed continuously.

Before long, a dense rustling sound came from the distant fog, indicating that something was moving at high speed.

The young people held their breath instantly, looking at the thick fog with a mixture of tension and anticipation.

The spider leader looked at its kind, turned its body to show them Li Yu riding on its back, and then pointed with its front legs to the young man beside it:

Without any hesitation, Zhao Mutou stepped forward and walked straight towards a spider that was exceptionally large, almost as big as the leader.

Unlike its companions, the spider did not lower its body. Its compound eyes coldly stared at the approaching Zhao Mutou, and its legs were slightly tense, showing vigilance and resistance.

Realizing that the spider in front of him had no intention of cooperating, Zhao Mutou flicked his wrist, and the curved blade was drawn, flashing with a cold light.

The spider instantly shot out its silk.

After the initial attack, the spider moved with ghostly speed, shooting out silk from different angles while attempting to cut Zhao Mutou with its sharp legs.

Zhao Mutou rolled over to dodge, dodging and weaving within a small area, narrowly avoiding each attack.

Upon landing, a hint of excitement curved his lips:

A chilling killing intent suddenly erupted from Zhao Mutou's body!
