Qin Ze instantly withdrew his inner force, his body soaring into the air like a serpent to evade the earth wolf's attack. He suddenly stopped, clasping his hands tightly together, a powerful energy gathering in his palms to form a sphere of light.

The earth wolf didn't give him much time and pounced on Qin Ze again, but this time Qin Ze didn't dodge and charged directly at the earth wolf.

Just as the local wolf was about to pounce on him, Qin Ze suddenly exerted his strength and hurled the ball of light in his hand.

The sphere of light emitted a dazzling light, instantly tearing through space and speeding towards the earth wolf.

The earth wolf roared and tried to dodge, but the ball of light was too fast and arrived almost instantly.

The ball of light unleashed powerful energy, striking the earth wolf's body and creating a tremendous explosion.

The earth wolf let out a painful howl as its body was blasted backward, crashing to the ground and kicking up dust and sand.

Qin Ze steadied himself and stood up, panting. His move just now had gathered all his internal energy; it was a secret technique he had developed in battle.

The wolf struggled to its feet, already at its last gasp.

A resolute glint flashed in Qin Ze's eyes. He quickly closed in, his body moving like lightning through the Earth Wolf's defenses, his sharp fists and feet striking the Earth Wolf's vital points.

Qin Zesheng!

Next, Qin Ze engaged in battles with the Wood Bear, the Water Dragon, and the Black Ape. Although the battles were extremely dangerous, he was victorious in all of them.

With each victory, Qin Ze's confidence grew, and he felt his strength constantly improving.

Just as he was preparing for the final battle, Frost Bear suddenly spoke.

"Let the battle end here. The final battle will only begin once you break through to the Grandmaster realm." Frost Bear's voice echoed in Qin Ze's ears, arousing his curiosity.

Qin Ze asked, puzzled, "Why can't we continue fighting?"

Frost Bear slowly said, "Because the last challenger is Lord Fire Dragon. He is a dragon, and due to his dragon bloodline, he can only suppress his strength to the Grandmaster level at most. To challenge him, you must reach the Grandmaster level and become much stronger to have a chance to defeat him. But don't worry, you have already defeated the previous eight demonic beasts; they will obey your commands and fight for you at any time."

Although somewhat disappointed, Qin Ze still agreed.

Frost Bear nodded and then stepped aside. Qin Ze gazed at the top of the Tower of Babel, a firm resolve igniting in his heart.

The day he becomes a Grandmaster will be the day he subdues the Dragon-Slaying Whip!

After leaving the Tower of Babel, Qin Ze returned to his bedroom. However, his rest didn't last long, because he heard his cousin Qin Yurou's voice.

Qin Yurou urgently sought his help because her best friend Lin Wan'er had gone missing and there had been no news of her for several days.

"Qin Ze, you must help me find Lin Wan'er. She has been missing for several days, and I am really worried about her!" Qin Yurou said anxiously.

Qin Ze looked at his cousin's nervous expression.

He patted Qin Yurou's shoulder reassuringly, then asked, "Where does Lin Wan'er usually like to go? Do you have any clues?"

Qin Yurou shook her head in distress. She said helplessly, "I really don't know. She seems to have suddenly disappeared these past few days. She hasn't contacted me, and I don't know what she's been busy with lately."

Suddenly, Qin Yurou seemed to remember something, and her eyes lit up: "Wait, I remember now, Lin Wan'er and I used to have a secret base, she might go there!"

Qin Ze's heart stirred upon hearing Qin Yurou's description.

Perhaps this secret base is where Lin Wan'er is hiding now.

He immediately decided to take Qin Yurou with him to this secret base to see if they could find Lin Wan'er and ensure her safety.

So, Qin Ze took Qin Yurou to a small villa in the suburbs, this secret base.

Qin Yurou exclaimed excitedly, "This is it!"

Qin Ze nodded, and together they pushed open the small door and entered the villa.

The place is decorated like a garden, with a quiet and pleasant environment.

However, Qin Ze kept his eyes fixed on his surroundings, searching for any clues.

Suddenly, a strange aura caught Qin Ze's attention.

He walked in that direction and found a room with the door slightly ajar.

Qin Ze cautiously pushed open the door, his gaze instantly freezing.

In that room, Lin Wan'er sat quietly in a chair, her gaze somewhat vacant, as if lost in deep thought.

Hearing the door open, she looked up and saw Qin Ze and Qin Yurou. She paused for a moment, then gave a bitter smile.

"How did you find this place?" Lin Wan'er asked softly.

Qin Ze walked up to her and said gently, "Qin Yurou was worried about you, so she came here. We're here to make sure you're safe."

Lin Wan'er nodded, a hint of gratitude in her eyes.

She smiled slightly at Qin Yurou, then looked at Qin Ze, a complex emotion flashing in her eyes.

"Thank you for your concern, I'm fine. It's just that some things have been bothering me lately, so I came here to think things over quietly," Lin Wan'er explained softly.

Qin Ze nodded; he could sense the turmoil in Lin Wan'er's heart.

However, he didn't ask any further questions. He wasn't familiar with Lin Wan'er, and he only came to see her because of Qin Yurou. Now that the person had been found, it was no longer his concern.

Seeing that Lin Wan'er's emotions had calmed down, Qin Yurou approached her and asked with concern, "Wan'er, why did you run away from home? What happened?"
