It has 7 divisions under its command:

(1) Infantry Division: It consists of three infantry regiments (3200) and one artillery regiment (3500), with a full complement of personnel.

(2) The infantry regiment is equipped with: 3,000 [F-series MAS 1936 rifles], 600 [F-series MAS-38 submachine guns], 162 [F-series M1924 light machine guns], 86 [F-series Hotchkiss M1914 heavy machine guns], and 20 [F-series SA-37 47mm anti-tank guns].

(3) The artillery regiment is equipped with: 96 F-series M1931 81mm mortars, 38 F-series M1897 75mm field guns, 38 F-series Schneider M1922 75mm field guns, as well as F-series Laverly V15T light military trucks, F-series Laverly W15T artillery tractors, and F-series Citroën U23 heavy military trucks.

(4) Heavy Artillery Division: It consists of three heavy artillery regiments (3800), with a full complement of personnel.

(5) The heavy artillery regiment is equipped with: 64 Schneider M1913 105mm howitzers, 64 Schneider M29 105mm howitzers, 32 Schneider M1917/28 155mm howitzers, as well as Laverly V15T light military trucks, Laverly W15T artillery tractors, and Citroën U23 heavy military trucks.

(2) 2nd Infantry Division of the Democratic League Army: Division Commander Liu Qingshan (former battalion commander of the 3rd Regiment of the 1st Division of the North China Field Army), Political Commissar Shen Chunhua (former deputy battalion commander of the 28th Regiment of the 7th Division of the North China Field Army), Deputy Division Commander and Chief of Staff (Vietnamese).

(3) The 3rd Infantry Division of the Democratic League Army: Division Commander Lu Wenxiong (former battalion commander of the 4th Regiment of the 1st Division of the North China Field Army), Political Commissar Huang Guanghui (former company commander of the 26th Regiment of the 7th Division of the North China Field Army), Deputy Division Commander and Chief of Staff (Vietnamese).

[Comprising: 13th Infantry Regiment, 14th Infantry Regiment, 15th Infantry Regiment, and 16th Artillery Regiment.]

(4) The 4th Infantry Division of the National League Army: Division Commander Li Mingyue (formerly Company Commander of the 27th Regiment of the 7th Division of the North China Field Army), Political Commissar Xie Hongbo (formerly Battalion Commander of the 2nd Regiment of the 1st Division of the North China Field Army), Deputy Division Commander and Chief of Staff (Vietnamese).

(5) The 5th Infantry Division of the Democratic League Army: Division Commander Zhao Mingyi (formerly a company commander of the 4th Regiment of the 1st Division of the North China Field Army), Political Commissar Sun Chenguang (formerly a platoon leader of the 3rd Regiment of the 1st Division of the North China Field Army), Deputy Division Commander and Chief of Staff (Vietnamese).

(6) The 6th Artillery Division of the National League Army: Division Commander Tan Zhihua (formerly Company Commander of the 1st Regiment of the 1st Division of the North China Field Army), Political Commissar Ma Yunlin (formerly Company Commander of the 28th Regiment of the 7th Division of the North China Field Army), Deputy Division Commander and Chief of Staff (Vietnamese).

- Logistics Department Directly under the China Democratic League Army: Director Wang Yunfei (formerly squad leader of the 3rd Regiment of the 1st Division of the North China Field Army).
