Upon hearing Madam Pei's voice, Yang Zhi paused.

He turned back and looked warily at Madam Pei, instinctively stepping in front of Han Qingting, fearing that Madam Pei might suddenly rush up with a dagger and stab Han Qingting, just like Zhang Qin had done earlier.

He can't make the same mistake again, or he might really be expelled!
