Pei Fengzhi kissed Ye Ningwan's forehead and whispered words of comfort to her.

"Don't worry, all of this is real. The people who love you are real, the love you receive is real, Little Star and Yu Yu are real, and so am I."

Ye Ningwan's eyes were red as she hugged Pei Fengzhi tightly.

The next morning, Pei Fengzhi went to find the Ye family alone.

The Ye family lives in a villa owned by Ye Shaoxun in Jiangcheng. Little Xingxing and Yuyu also live there with their maternal grandparents, uncles, and a whole bunch of other people.

Everyone treated the two children very well, like precious treasures, as if they were afraid of dropping them or melting them in their mouths.

As soon as she saw Pei Fengzhi, Xiao Xingxing rushed over and hugged him tightly. She wiggled and twisted in Pei Fengzhi's arms like a taffy, asking him in a spoiled tone why he hadn't come to see her for so long.

Pei Fengzhi sat on the sofa with Xiao Xingxing in his arms and comforted him for a while.
