Chapter 130 Taste

The evacuation team was extremely cautious. They quickly passed through any unusual situations encountered along the way, and only sent people forward to resolve any issues that would attract attention as quickly as possible.

Everyone remained silent in unison, so when Gu Li's voice suddenly rang out, they were startled and subconsciously squatted down in response to her voice.

The next moment, a huge gust of wind followed, and countless aircraft flew at a very low altitude above the group, eliciting several panicked screams.

The crowd began to stir.

Gu Li looked up at the spaceship that had taken shape in the sky, and frowned slightly. When did they get so close?

Saide and Alfoseni stood up at the same time. Saide nimbly jumped out of the car to calm the panicked crowd, while Alfoseni set up a gun on the roof of the car and aimed it at the aircraft in the sky.

“We’ll protect them here, you go.”

Gu Li stretched his shoulder blades, and upon hearing Alfoseni's indifferent voice, a relieved smile appeared on his face: "Then I'll leave it to you."

As soon as he finished speaking, Gu Li started running quickly on the roof of the long line of vehicles, his eyes fixed on the aircraft above him, which were visibly carrying a lot of people.

If they are allowed to land and attack here, it will be a huge blow to the convoy.

We can't let them land here!!!

Following the flow of traffic, Gu Li finally found a suitable spot. With a heavy step, he lifted himself off the roof of the car and climbed onto a huge neon billboard by the roadside.

With a suppressed gasp, she dangled from the billboard, swayed, and with tremendous force flung herself off.

The low-flying aircraft clearly noticed her actions and attempted to gain altitude.

Gu Li pursed his lips, grabbed the bone whale in one hand and the protruding metal device on the side of the aircraft with the other, and flipped it up.

She paused on the aircraft, opened her mouth and let out a slight breath. Thankfully, she had flipped up.

Her gaze swept downwards, revealing countless eyes secretly watching her in the long queue, as well as spectators hidden behind the cameras, all eagerly awaiting her victory.

Too many hopes were placed on her.

Gu Li licked her dry lips, lost in thought. If they were in a deserted place, she would simply spread her wings and fly up to kick these flying machines away.

These gazes and hopes are both a source of strength and a constraint, she thought.

Gu Li swayed as he got up on the aircraft, avoiding the gun barrels sticking out of the window.

But that's alright, as this issue was already discussed when everyone decided to log in.

Undoubtedly, this is a crucial step in their ability to reach land.

The voice of the masses is always so beautiful.

She knelt on top of the spaceship, holding the longsword she had drawn from the cross, her eyes lowered as she listened quietly to the sounds coming from inside.

The spaceship pilot's voice was calm: "It's alright, buddy. This is our new technology, specially reinforced metal materials. These guys can't get out, and that little flying man outside can't get in either, haha."

A sharp cutting sound rang out, and in the rearview mirror, a long sword pierced straight through the top of the spaceship, its bright reflection mirroring his astonished face.

The bone whale in Gu Li's hand was still wagging its tail. The veins on the back of her hand holding the longsword were bulging, and her white fingers showed just how much force she was using.

That pale face, flushed slightly from exercise, appeared at the forcibly cut opening.

Gu Li's gaze swept quickly across the spaceship, then met the eyes of the person in the cockpit who looked like they'd seen a ghost: "It seems your materials aren't high-end enough."

The next second, the bullet, having lost its aim, grazed past the side of her face.

Gu Li nimbly flipped over and darted inside, his tone thoughtful: "This is quite different from what I imagined. These burly men with strange, multicolored parts are several different species from normal people."

The soldiers, who exuded an ominous aura, did not react to her arrival. Gu Li swiftly drew her longsword around her, and the controlled entities instantly split up and began to act.

"So, can you tell me what this is?"

The driver saw Gu Li walking towards him, but before he could even use the wake-up device in his hand, their soldiers had already been destroyed.

He met those sky-blue eyes, swallowed hard, and quietly reached under the seat with one hand: "These... these are Grantham's most loyal army, the Black Knights, baptized by the Mother Goddess."

His seat suddenly sprang outwards, and his voice grew increasingly arrogant: "And you uncivilized fools, you can only tremble in the shadow of the Black Knight, hahahahaha—"

After Gu Li entered the spaceship alone, Sasha's flight camera could no longer capture any images, and most of the people in the safe zone who were paying attention waited anxiously in the live broadcast room.

The spaceship that had been invaded by Gu Li visibly trembled, and then a dark figure was ejected from it, laughing wildly and shouting things like, "Foolish people... Mother Goddess... Black Knight."

Like a madman brainwashed by religion.

The person everyone was worried about followed closely behind, grabbed one of them by the collar and threw him toward the convoy, then hurled his longsword at the dark figure in the air.

The pilot, strapped with flight gear, looked on in disbelief, like a bird that had lost its wings, as he crashed from the sky.

Gu Li set the spaceship, its feet covered with the corpses of Black Knights, to autopilot and quickly selected the next target.

She casually smashed the head of a Black Knight and pressed the communicator in her ear: "The spaceships are a hybrid of humans and aliens and are not yet activated. I suggest attacking the cockpit directly for the time being."
