Just as Tian Yu finished speaking, Li Xingyun in the carriage in the distance kept sneezing. Qiu Ju thought he had caught a cold and offered to get him a cloak, but Li Xingyun said, "No need. Your wife must be talking bad about me again. I have a bad feeling about this." He reached out and touched his right eye, which kept twitching.

Tangyuan laughed and said, "Mommy wouldn't! Maybe Mommy has already found you an aunt!"

Li Xingyun almost fainted upon hearing this; indeed, the mother and son looked exactly alike.

Jiang Yuanyuan, holding a peach blossom fan that partially obscured her face, said softly, "If what you say is true, then your brother must be an immortal."

"You could call him an immortal, he's talented and handsome, but he's a bit cold to strangers. I wonder if you could warm him up?"

Tian Yu gave Ji Feng a few instructions, telling him not to kill the man, and then went upstairs with the maid.

"Have you met the Marquis of Zhenbei?" Tian Yu asked tentatively.

Tian Yu took a sip of tea, smiled faintly, and remained silent.

“Isn’t that right? I also heard that the child isn’t the Marquis’s at all,” the maidservant standing beside him interjected.

Tian Yu glanced at the guards who were about to step forward, and continued with a smile, "So the capital is so interesting. Could you tell me anything else about them?"

"Since you're so interested, you'll find out when you get to the capital."

“Miss! There’s no need to go to the capital now. Ever since the Marquis defied the imperial decree and refused the marriage, the news has spread all over the area. Everyone’s talking about it.” The maid interrupted.
