Standing in the courtyard, gazing at the starry sky, Tian Yu murmured to herself, "Everything here is wonderful, even the starlight is so clear. It's just that it's a feudal society where men are superior to women!"

Thinking that she had been here for almost a year, time really flies. She wrapped her cloak tighter around herself, feeling sleepy and dizzy from the lingering effects of the alcohol. Tian Yu sighed and turned to go back to her room to rest, but bumped into Zhao Moyan, who was standing behind her at some point. Tian Yu knew he was still angry, but she didn't know how to comfort him. She thought that maybe it was because they were from different generations and had some differences in their thinking, but she still smiled and said, "Is Tangyuan asleep?"

Zhao Moyan nodded without speaking. Tian Yu, seeing Zhao Moyan like this, didn't know what to say either, so she nodded and said, "It's getting late. If you intend to stay, Lord Marquis, I've asked Qiuju to prepare a room for you."

Hearing Zhao Moyan's deep, sorrowful voice above her, Tian Yu felt a pang of tenderness. She reached out and wrapped her arms around his waist, patting his back as she said, "What's wrong? Are you tired because you've been busy lately? If you're too tired, don't think about it too much and just get some rest and sleep."

"Do you want me to marry the princess?"

"We don't want to! But the princess is very important to you, and we can't afford to offend her."

"If I marry the princess, are you planning to leave me?" Zhao Moyan pushed Tian Yu away and looked into her eyes as he asked.

"I don't know, the world here is different from my world."

"What's different?"

Zhao Moyan raised an eyebrow, and Tian Yu explained, "We have a kind of dance that men and women dance together. Would you like to try it?"

After speaking, Tian Yu stepped back slightly, bowed, and said, "Sir, may I have this dance with you?"

Seeing Tian Yu's expression, Zhao Moyan smiled and said, "I wouldn't!"

"It's okay, it's very simple, you just need to follow me."

So Tian Yu pulled Zhao Moyan into the courtyard under the moonlight and they danced a duet. After two rounds, Zhao Moyan memorized the steps. Then Tian Yu said, "Next, we're going to add some moves. Don't let go!" After saying that, she turned and went out, then turned back into Zhao Moyan's arms. Their eyes met, and Tian Yu's breathing quickened. When Tian Yu woke up, it was almost noon. She was still a little dizzy. Seeing that her clothes were still on, she felt both happy and disappointed, but she felt much more at ease knowing that she hadn't had any nightmares last night. Green Willow brought over some hangover soup and said, "Madam, drink this quickly, and your headache will go away in a little while."

"Where is the Marquis?" Tian Yu asked, taking the bowl and drinking it down in one gulp. She remembered that Zhao Moyan kissed her when they were dancing in the courtyard last night, but she couldn't remember what happened after that.

"The Marquis left early this morning."

"Oh! Where are the glutinous rice balls?"

"Mr. Fang didn't come today; Tangyuan is with her uncle."

"Okay, I understand. Qiuju, calculate our recent expenses and see how much money we have left."

"Yes, madam."

After washing up and eating something, Tian Yu went to find Tangyuan. She was still thinking about what happened last night, wondering why she couldn't remember what she and Zhao Moyan did in the end. Did they continue?

Li Xingyun and Tangyuan were practicing calligraphy in the study when Tian Yu came in and suggested, "The weather is nice today, shall we go for a walk?"

"OK!"

"I'm not going!"

Tian Yu gave Tang Yuan a wink, and the two of them knelt on Li Xingyun's lap and begged him. In the end, Li Xingyun had no choice but to go out with them.

On the streets of the capital, Tian Yu and Tang Yuan pushed Li Xingyun in a wheelchair, with Lv Liu and Xuan Yu standing on either side. The five of them strolled leisurely through the streets of the capital. This was the first time Tang Yuan had ever been to the capital and was strolling around with Tian Yu. In a clothing store, Tian Yu bought winter clothes for everyone and asked the shopkeeper to deliver them to their residence in the suburbs before continuing her stroll. She arrived at Yuelai Restaurant to have lunch there before continuing her business. The group went into a private room and ordered the restaurant's specialties. Just as they were about to start eating, the voices of several guests next door interrupted them. It wasn't that the voices were loud, but the content of their conversation made them very uncomfortable.

"Brother Wang, have you heard? Li Xingyun has come to the capital."

"Li Xingyun!?"
