Family, let me tell you something: I transmigrated, but it feels like I didn't fully! Except for this 21st-century brain, I brought nothing else over!
Other people transmigrate and either...
"Joey, are you alright?"
The bearded man's voice.
Joey came to his senses and found that the Death Swamp on the ground had disappeared, and the bearded man had run up to him.
"I'm fine!"
Joey looked at the warlock lying in a pool of blood not far away, surrounded by orcs. He guessed that the warlock's death had dealt a significant blow to their morale.
"Captain Joey, well done!"
Cameron also came over at this time, and he also praised Joey for killing a warlock.
This at least shows that Joey wasn't just a nepotism hire; he actually has some real skills. For Cameron, who comes from the Royal Knights, changing his opinion is quite difficult.
"Captain, two Hellfires are heading this way!"
Medes cut down an orc and then ran over.
"Let them come. This will reduce the pressure on Ashfurnace City a lot!"
Joey said calmly, "I have to admit, after killing a warlock, my confidence has skyrocketed."
The battle wasn't over yet, and Joey watched as the two hellfires charged toward him from afar.
"General Cameron, I'll leave things here to you. I'll handle things over there!"
This army was originally brought by Cameron. Joey made this assignment not because he wanted to show off, but because he had no other choice. If he had a choice, he would rather stay in the castle and not go anywhere else.
"Okay, Captain Joey, don't worry!"
However, Joey's words still deeply moved Cameron.
The charging Hellfire was aimed at Joey. In order to relieve some pressure on the Alliance army, Joey called Big Beard and Medes and ran towards the woods, intending to lure the Hellfire away from the battlefield.
"Leviathan, I think this human is pretty good. At least he's quite intelligent!"
Chris was puzzled by Leviathan's lack of affection for Joey, but now, seeing Joey's sense of responsibility in killing a warlock and then deliberately drawing away the Hellfire, she greatly admired his actions.
"He seems alright today, but don't be fooled by his appearance; he's quite good at lying!"
Levia acknowledged Joey's performance today, but her opinion of Joey's true nature remained largely unchanged.
"If you really look down on this human, then I won't be polite!"
Chris licked her lips. Although she was still fighting, she was already thinking about the future of the elves.
What do you want to do?
Although Levia understood what Chris meant, she pretended not to understand and asked another question.
"Of course, it's for the future of our elven race! To find a strong, healthy human male to produce more elves for us!"
Chris made no attempt to hide it, and was even quite pleased with herself.
"Him?"
Levia feigned surprise.
"I don't think he's a good partner; he might give us some bad children!"
Levia added.
"How could that be? I think he's great, maybe even better than the men of our elven race!"
Once a woman sets her sights on a man, she completely loses her rationality, finding him pleasing to the eye no matter what. Perhaps this is a case of beauty being in the eye of the beholder!
"But he..."
"Lefreya, don't say anymore. If you also can't bear to part with him, I don't mind sharing him with you. After all, our relationship is special!"
Chris interrupted Leviathan and offered what she thought was a better solution.
"Let's hold this city gate for now, but don't forget our real purpose for coming here!"
Yi, who had overheard their entire conversation, couldn't help but step forward and offer a reminder.
"Oh dear, I forgot there's one more!"
Chris turned to look at Yi, her eyes full of mockery.
"Don't worry, don't worry, we won't leave you behind. The three of us will work together to breed offspring for our elven race!"
As soon as Chris finished speaking, Yi's face turned red.
"You two go ahead, but don't drag me along!"
She was busy explaining, but found that Chris was just smiling at her, seemingly uninterested in her explanation.
"Alright, alright, we'll go ahead, you just stay home!"
"But don't blush next time you say that!"
Chris's unforgiving attitude made Yi's face turn even redder.
"Bang!"
A fist of hellfire slammed onto the city wall, interrupting the conversation of the three female elves.
...
Achoo!
Joey rubbed his nose.
"I wonder who's thinking about me. That sneeze was pretty loud. I bet more than one person is thinking about me!"
"Sigh, there's nothing you can do about it, that's the trouble of being handsome!"
After indulging in his narcissism for a while, Joey continued running into the woods, with Hellfire close behind and the two warlocks following behind.
It seems there's a distance requirement for controlling this Hellfire, otherwise these two warlocks wouldn't have risked their lives to come along with it, especially since Joey has already killed one of the warlocks.
"Let's go with this. The scenery looks nice; it's a good place for their grave!"
Joey stopped and glanced back at Hellfire, who was following behind her, a murderous glint in her eyes.
The bearded man and Medes also stopped, ready for battle.
When the warlocks behind Hellfire saw that Joey and the other two had stopped, they also slowed down and kept their distance from Hellfire.
