"Good night, dear."

After saying this, Natalia closed her eyes and fell asleep.

In the blink of an eye, several more days passed.

During these few days, Natalia had been waiting for a reply from someone, but unfortunately, she never got one, and even the shadow crow never returned.

Seeing that her mother refused to accept reality, Ayesha sighed and looked helpless.

Another week later, the sound of flapping wings caught Natalia's attention.

Natalia turned her head sharply as if she had grabbed a life-saving straw, her eyes full of hope.

Unfortunately, the sound was not made by the shadow crow, but by a white dove in front of the church square that suddenly flew to the window of her room.
