Chapter 35, Chapter 37: Feeling Wronged "If in the future I..."

"No, I just missed you." Seeing his worry, Feppos snapped out of her reverie and gave him a reassuring smile.

They wouldn't tell him. Vison paused, then decided to probe from another angle: "I heard you're no longer an instructor here?"

He had been looking for Fei Bosi a few days ago, so he went to the mecha training ground where Fei Bosi had taught before, only to find a completely unfamiliar female soldier there.

It was then that he learned that Fipers was no longer an instructor at the First Military Academy.

“After I recovered, I went to the army to take over all my previous duties.” Fipos shook his head. “It was my oversight that I didn’t tell you.”

"Are you fully recovered?" During that heavy snow, Feppos suffered unbearable abdominal pain, and the image of him curled up in agony was still deeply etched in his mind like a nightmare. He frowned, somewhat disapproving.

“You’re all better now.” Fibonacci stroked his brow, gently smoothing out the knotted hairs, and pulled up a medical report on his personal terminal. “This is my new test report, Vincent, take a look?”

The medical examination report came from a designated authoritative hospital of the military, and various densely packed indicators filled dozens of pages.

Vison could only understand that all the data were within the normal range and the doctor's conclusion.

The doctor concluded that Fei Bosi's current physical condition is close to his peak, the probability of mental outburst is low, and he is suitable to continue serving as a general.

The signature also bears the hospital's unique, unforgeable seal.

He looked completely healed, but for some reason, a sense of fear and unease lingered in his heart and wouldn't dissipate.

"You need to be careful lately, okay?" This was the first time Vinson had said something like this to Bie Chong. He was a little awkward at first, but after he said it, he couldn't help but add, "Take care of yourself."

Fipos didn't say anything, but kept staring at him, as if the whole insect had crashed.

"Did you hear me? Speak up." Vinson was furious at the fact that he hadn't listened at all, but after a second of silence, worry prevailed, and he patiently repeated, "Protect yourself, understand? If there's danger, run as far away as possible."

"Hmm," Fepos responded softly, his expression somber, it was unclear whether he had actually heard her.

Vison sighed helplessly as he looked at his indifferent expression.

Forget it, at worst he'll just keep a closer eye on him.

He led his large, dangerous, and silent beast home step by step.

Little did the other insects know that, in the eyes of the other insects, the tall female insect, relying on her large and strong body, completely blocked the precious and beautiful male insect, blocking all outside prying eyes and desires.

*

The night has always been a crazy time for them.

Both were young and energetic, and each had the other's ideal looks. They were in love with each other and were insatiable.

On the way back, seeing that Feibos was out of sorts, Vison made up his mind to control himself tonight and let Feibos get some rest.

...Although usually it's Feppos who takes the initiative...cough.

He must firmly reject him tonight!

Vison made up his mind in secret.

The heavy door kept out the chill of the night, and the warm light shone on my body, gradually warming my slightly cool body temperature.

The handsome male insects behave in a completely different way than they do in public.

He loosened his previously tied-up bun, and his raven-feather-like hair fell loosely, the slightly messy hair instantly bringing him back to his homely appearance.

Vincent let go of his coat, hung it on the wall, and took a deep breath. It was clear that he felt relaxed and happy as soon as he got home.

The warm lighting softened his defined jawline and features, making him appear gentler.

He looked up, and it seemed as if countless stars were swirling in his eyes.

Looking at the warm home before him, and at Vison, who had clearly softened up as soon as he got home, Feibos's eyes trembled slightly.

Fipos thought that fate had been kind to him.

He never imagined that he could have a male insect he liked, or even a home with it.

He thought that he was willing to give everything to protect this moment.

Vison turned his head and saw Feibosi, who had a serious expression on his face and seemed to be thinking about something.

He poked him with his finger: "Go take a shower?"

Feppus snapped out of his daze, grabbed the playful finger that was still poking him, and took Vincent's hand again, leading him towards the bathroom: "Okay."

"Hey." Vison, seeing that he was about to be dragged to "dangerous place," quickly stopped him, "You wash yourself."

"Huh?" Fipos looked clearly confused. They usually showered together most of the time, ostensibly to "save water."

...although in the end more water will always be wasted.

When those beautiful, slightly upturned eyes stared at Vincent with a look of confusion and innocence, Vincent suddenly felt speechless, unable to utter a single word of refusal.

Okay, it's just a shower.

Vison said to himself.

The swirling, scalding steam filled the bathroom so thickly that it was almost impossible to open your eyes.

The water in the bathtub overflowed wildly.

After all, the volume of water is constantly changing drastically, while the amount of water a bathtub can hold is fixed.

Water kept flowing down, then being splashed and spilled out, leaving puddles on the clean marble floor, casting blurry shadows.

In the reflection's shadow, two blurry shadows intertwine, inseparable.

Vison ate the late-night snack that had been tempting him all along.

The chocolate cake is filled with orange flavor and topped with two perfectly colored light-colored cherries.

He had decided not to have a late-night snack tonight, but that unruly cake just happened to appear in front of him, its sweet orange scent and pretty icing on his teeth making it impossible for him to resist.

The cake seemed a bit damp, probably due to the heavy fog; the whole cake was soggy, but Vison preferred that texture.

Smooth and sweet with orange, paired with an appetizing chocolate cake crust, shaped into an undulating form, this super-sized cake made Vincent wish he could bury himself in it.

The dampness of the cake made it easier for Vison to dig out the cake core.

The silver hair seemed to transform into beautiful ribbons, making the cake look even more delicious.

The path from the bathroom to the bedroom was covered with wet footprints.

When Vison led Fipos to the bedroom, his conscience stirred for a second.

Looking at the large scratches and patches of red on Fei Bosi's body, for a rare moment he thought about letting him go.

Generally, Vincent would take advantage of Fipers' better physical strength and cause trouble everywhere without any regard for others.

"Why aren't you moving?" Feppos sensed his pause and turned to ask.

His eyes had a lingering redness at the corners and a gentle, moist sheen. Despite his usually aggressive appearance, he now resembled a beautiful, affectionate black cat that would snuggle into your arms, wanting you to cuddle and pet it until it felt good.

If you don't do what he wants, he'll pretend to be fierce and fake bit or scratch you.

cute.

Vison thought to himself.

No wonder so many people in their group owned cats before.

But none of their cats are as good or as cute as mine.

The little bit of conscience that had finally sprouted vanished just like that.

It's still early.

*

They pressed their heads together, feeling the warmth emanating from each other, like two hedgehogs warming each other.

It's the tenderness that follows.

They all enjoyed this time.

I felt that the other person belonged to me, right there in my arms.

No matter how the world changes, or what the other person thinks, at least every minute and every second right now is the most intimate embrace.

This feeling made Vincent particularly fascinated and attached to it.

He had always insisted that everyone is an isolated island, but now, looking at Feppos's peaceful sleeping face with his eyes closed, he wished for the first time that the other person could think the same way he did.

"Visen." Feibos didn't open his eyes, his voice hoarse from overuse.

The soft, deep voice that entered my ears carried a unique kind of sensuality.

"Hmm?" Vinson answered absentmindedly, smiling as he carefully stroked Feibosi's silver-white hair. He really liked Feibosi's silky white hair. When the two of them weren't arguing, he would even go online to learn some hair-braiding tutorials to braid Feibosi's hair.

It made up for the regrets of my childhood and brought me the joy of playing with dolls.

Fipos was silent for a while, and Vincent thought he had fallen asleep, but suddenly, he heard him speak.

"Visen, will you remember me?" The voice was low and deep, like the opening lines of some tragedy.

Realizing what Fipos was saying, Vincent instantly gripped the hair in his hand.

The unease that had been lingering throughout the day was finally ignited.

"What are you saying?" Vison asked coldly, looking at him with eyes full of impending anger.

Fepos opened his eyes, which were calm, with a hint of pleading and a hidden vulnerability: "If I'm not by your side in the future, remember me."

Vison was amused by his words; it turned out that this worm still had the intention of completely severing ties with him.

It's still the same old Fei Bosi, the same old infuriating look.

Vincent was determined to provoke him: "Why should I remember you when you're not around? The moment you're gone, I'll forget you completely. You can try it."

"Don't be angry." Seeing his expression, Fepos panicked a little and hugged him. "It's my fault."

Vincent did not struggle, but nestled into that embrace. He closed his eyes, hiding the tears that had already fallen.

The lack of reassurance and anxiety already made him feel uneasy, but hearing such words from him during the most intimate and tender moment was even more distressing.

What does this insect think of him? Does it just use him as a massage stick?

He felt somewhat aggrieved.

Why is it that every time he vaguely feels that he has fallen for him, he always says something hurtful?

After a brief period of feeling wronged, he was overcome with dark thoughts that he could no longer suppress.

He wanted him to know that now, he had no chance to leave; he could only stay by his side.
