Qin Luo traveled to a world of cultivation where demons ran rampant. To protect himself, he came to the Dragon and Tiger Monastery to learn from a master, only to find out that his master was a swi...
Qin Luo said softly, "The Spirit Sword Sect is located in the Yunling Mountains. There must be a spiritual vein here, so it's normal to find spiritual herbs nearby. They look to be of good quality."
"Big brother, here you go."
"Keep it."
Qin Luo suffered a Dao injury, so ordinary spiritual medicines would have no effect on him and would be a waste to consume them.
Xuanqing handed the medicinal herb in his hand to Huaying, "Fairy sister, this medicinal herb is of good quality, here you go."
"You're quite obedient."
Hua Ying smiled and shook her head.
Xuanqing handed the elixir to Xiaodie, grinning as he said, "Xiaodie, here you go, this is a good thing."
Xiaodie shook her head repeatedly and said crisply, "How can this be? You found this, I can't accept it."
Xuanqing felt a little disappointed as he couldn't give away the spiritual medicine in his hand. Just then, a figure descended from the sky, a young cultivator arriving on a sword.
The young sword cultivator was tall and slender with a sinister look in his eyes. He was dressed in the robes of the Spirit Sword Sect, and his eyes were fixed on the spiritual herb in Xuan Qing's hand. He said excitedly, "Azure Blood Grass!"
"So this is the Blood Grass?"
Xuanqing said softly.
The young swordsman walked towards Xuan Qing, his greed undisguised. "Give me the Jade Blood Grass."
Xuan Qing curled his lip. "Who are you?"
Hua Ying looked at Qin Luo.
Qin Luo remained calm. He shook his head, signaling Hua Ying not to interfere and to see how Xuan Qing would handle the situation.
The mountain spirits and water monsters along the way trembled in fear and knelt down to kowtow when they saw Qin Luo and his companions. They believed that the juniors in front of them were too low in cultivation level, which was why they dared to be so presumptuous.
The young swordsman formed a sword-finger gesture, and the flying sword behind him soared into the air. He said coldly, "This is the territory of the Spirit Sword Sect. All the spiritual herbs in the mountains belong to our Spirit Sword Sect. Quickly hand over the spiritual herbs you stole, or you'll be in trouble."
Xuan Qing grinned angrily, "I'm just young, not stupid. If you beg me, I might consider it, but if you try to take it from me, I'll get angry!"
The young swordsman suddenly sprang into action, reaching out to snatch the Azure Blood Grass from Xuan Qing's hand.
Xuan Qing turned and kicked the young swordsman away. The young swordsman crashed to the ground, coughing up blood, and several bones in his chest were broken.
The young swordsman's eyes widened in terror. If a child was this terrifying, how strong must Qin Luo and Hua Ying be?
Xuan Qing chewed on the Jade Blood Grass, "Big brother, I didn't strike first, you guys should deal with him!"
"Senior, spare my life!"
The young swordsman coughed up blood incessantly. He barely managed to kneel on the ground and beg for mercy, "Senior, I won't dare to do it again."
Xuan Qing didn't know how to deal with the young swordsman, so he didn't use force and spared his life.
Qin Luo rubbed Xuan Qing's head. This little guy was quite clever, knowing to throw the questions to them.
Hua Ying asked coldly, "What should we do?"
"Let the Spirit Sword Sect handle it."
Qin Luo had no grudge against the Spirit Sword Sect, and their relationship was actually quite good. He just didn't expect this to happen. Originally, he didn't want to freeload a meal. "Take us to the Spirit Sword Sect."
The young swordsman looked ashen-faced. Returning to the Spirit Sword Sect would not only invite ridicule but also severe punishment, but it was better than dying here. He could only limp along, leading Qin Luo and the others to the Spirit Sword Sect.
As they passed Sendai, some junior sword cultivators in the surrounding pavilions noticed Qin Luo and his group. "Isn't that Han Jia? How did he get injured?"
A younger member shouted loudly, "Han Jia!"
"Han Jia, what's wrong with you?"
The younger generation was very puzzled.
The young swordsman pretended not to hear, while Xuanqing, carrying the wooden stake, asked, "Are they calling you?"
Han Jia nodded awkwardly. If he hadn't been seriously injured and unable to fly on his sword, he definitely wouldn't have chosen the Sendai path.
In a nearby pavilion, an elder who was in charge of the area stood up after hearing the commotion. He saw Han Jia, who had been injured, and Qin Luo and the others following behind him.
In an instant, a chill ran through them as Elder Xue Jingyuan of the Spirit Sword Sect appeared before Qin Luo and the others in the blink of an eye, his breathing becoming erratic.
Han Jia bowed his head and called out, "Elder Xue."
Xue Jingyuan looked straight ahead and came to Qin Luo. He had met Qin Luo before and seen him climb to the top of Sendai, so he naturally had a deep impression of him.
"Master Qin!"
Xue Jingyuan clasped his hands and bowed.
The younger generation around them were all taken aback.
Xue Jingyuan was an elder of the Spirit Sword Sect, a powerful cultivator at the Nascent Soul stage, yet he performed such a grand ceremony.
Qin Luo returned the greeting with a bow.
Xue Jingyuan glanced at Han Jia, somewhat worried, "Master Qin, did Han Jia offend you?"
Xuan Qing nodded, "He wanted to steal my Jade Blood Grass!"
Han Jia was so frightened that he knelt down at Xue Jingyuan's feet, trembling all over. "Elder Xue, I know I was wrong. I will never dare to do it again."
Xue Jingyuan's face turned ashen. Han Jia was a highly talented junior, a key figure being cultivated by the Spirit Sword Sect, and had always received resource support. He never expected that Han Jia would try to steal the Jade Blood Grass, and that he would try to steal it from Qin Luo and the others.
"You bastard!"
Xue Jingyuan was furious. He raised his hand, ready to slap Han Jia to death.
The younger generation around them were quite frightened.
Qin Luo said softly, "Elder Xue, let's follow the rules of the Spirit Sword Sect and let him receive the punishment he deserves."
Xue Jingyuan knew that Qin Luo was giving face to the Lingjian Sect and didn't want the Lingjian Sect to look too bad. He stared at Han Jia and said coldly, "According to Article 18 of the Lingjian Sect's rules, Han Jia's cultivation is hereby abolished, his status as an outer disciple is revoked, and he is expelled from the Lingjian Sect from this day forward. He is not allowed to set foot in the Yunling Mountains again."
"Where are the disciples who enforce the law?"
"Take him away!"
"No! Elder Xue!"
"Please, please give me another chance."
