Who Made You Cultivate Seriously?

Qin Luo traveled to a world of cultivation where demons ran rampant. To protect himself, he came to the Dragon and Tiger Monastery to learn from a master, only to find out that his master was a swi...

Chapter 321 The First Lesson

Not long after.

The bell rang at Jinghu Academy.

Qin Luo's first class ended quickly. He smiled slightly and said softly, "Now it's break time. Everyone should go out and move around more. Be careful while playing. If you've finished your homework, you can hand it in now."

"Yes, Dean!"

The children were laughing happily.

Li Guannan proactively handed in his assignment, saying, "Dean, take a look at what I wrote."

"Dean, take a look at mine."

Qin Luo collected their submitted assignments and said with a smile, "Go and have fun, I'll look at them carefully."

Some children left the classroom, while many others remained seated, continuing to write their stories. Qin Luo smiled and said, "Everyone, go out and exercise a bit, relax. I'll give you time to write in the next class."

Upon hearing this, the children in the classroom all ran to the training ground. Qin Luo took his homework and left the classroom. He went to the Puyu class next door. Linglong was still going overtime. Lin Jia'er sat upright in her seat, listening attentively to the lesson. Every teacher has their own style. Qin Luo did not interfere. He turned and left.

Martial arts training ground.

The younger generation is playing beanbag toss and hopscotch.

Qin Luo brought his students' homework to the tea room and saw Meng Bai drinking tea.

"Good morning, Elder Meng."

"Master Qin, how was the first lesson?"

Qin Luo chuckled and said, "The children are very smart. They listen attentively in class, all thanks to Linglong's excellent teaching."

"Master Dao, have some tea."

Wu Shashen brought Qin Luo a cup of tea.

Qin Luo brought tea to the table and sat down. He flipped through the stories the children had written. They contained fantasy, life, family affection, and friendship. Although there were some typos, Qin Luo was very satisfied after reading them.

Linglong returned to the tea room, her frosty face softening as she chuckled, "Mr. Qin, are these children obedient?"

"I was just telling Old Meng that you teach them well, and they are very obedient." Qin Luo nodded with a smile.

Linglong smiled, a hint of pride in her eyes. She sat opposite Qin Luo and said softly, "Jia'er is very smart. She quickly memorized the two words I just taught her."

Qin Luo nodded and said with a smile, "Jia'er is very smart and has great talent, but she likes to play. You still need to be strict with her to prevent her from becoming lax."

"Uh-huh."

Linglong said seriously, "From now on, I will have her stand up and answer questions in every class."

After class, Lin Jia'er went to the training ground to play with bamboo dragonflies with children her age. Xiao Tuanzi had introduced her to some of her classmates beforehand, so she quickly made new friends.

Jinghu Academy has three classes in the morning and two classes in the afternoon, with a long break in between.

The jade carving class usually consists of three lessons on the Book of Poetry, one handicraft lesson, and one physical education lesson. Wu Shashen is in charge of the physical education lesson at Mirror Lake Academy, while Zhao Qing'er and Linglong are in charge of the handicraft lesson. Qin Luo wanted to help them reduce their pressure, so now Qin Luo is in charge of all the courses in the jade carving class.

Wu Shashen asked curiously, "Master Qin, you spend all day at Mirror Lake Academy, do you have time to cultivate?"

“The Great Dao doesn’t need to be cultivated.” Qin Luo thought for a moment and continued, “This is also a form of cultivation.”

Chen Xingzhou watched as all the sand in the hourglass fell, and then he struck the large bell in Mirror Lake Academy.

As the melodious bell rang, Mirror Lake Academy became quiet, and Qin Luo and the others set off for their classrooms.

Qin Luo entered the classroom with a smile, while Linglong entered with a frosty expression.

The atmosphere in the two classrooms was also different.

"Hello, Dean!"

The children stood up and bowed.

Qin Luo smiled and nodded. After the younger generation sat down, he picked up a homework assignment. "This is a story written by Li Guannan. Xiao Jia's family was poor and he couldn't afford candied hawthorns. Every time he saw candied hawthorns, his mouth would water. One day, he met Xiao Yi, who gave him a candied hawthorn. The candied hawthorn was even sweeter than Xiao Jia had imagined. Although Xiao Jia never ate candied hawthorns again, he always remembered Xiao Yi's kindness. Many years later, through his own efforts, Xiao Jia passed the imperial examination and lived in a mansion. He heard that Xiao Yi's family was in trouble, so he took the initiative to send them jewelry to help Xiao Yi overcome his difficulties. Later, Xiao Jia and Xiao Yi became lifelong friends."

Li Guannan proudly held his head high and puffed out his chest.

Qin Luo led the applause.

The classroom erupted in enthusiastic applause.

Qin Luo then read two more articles, and the younger generation applauded. "Everyone wrote very well, so I won't read them one by one. Those who haven't finished, please continue writing. Those who have finished, please take your assignments back to revise them. I will grade them all together later."

Time flies.

In the blink of an eye, the two classes were over.

Qin Luo collected everyone's homework.

The third lesson was a physical education class, where Qin Luo led the younger students in practicing boxing in the training ground.

With nothing else to do, Chen Xingzhou also came to the martial arts arena. He stood not far away and practiced boxing with Qin Luo. Qin Luo's health-preserving boxing was very simple, and the younger generation mastered it in one lesson.

Qin Luo dismissed the children a stick early, and they all ran to the cafeteria to get their meals.

The cafeteria became lively.

When the bell rang, Linglong announced the end of get out of class. Lin Jia'er watched as everyone rushed out of the classroom, still feeling a little unaccustomed to it.

Fan Tong, who was standing nearby, reminded her, "Jia'er, if you go late, you'll have to queue, so everyone is rushing to the cafeteria, but there's plenty of food, so don't worry."

"I see."

Lin Jia'er suddenly realized.

Xiaodie took Lin Jia'er's hand and said sweetly, "Jia'er, let's go eat."

Lin Jia'er originally wanted to wait for Qin Luo to take her to the cafeteria for lunch, but thinking that Qin Luo might be busy, she went to the cafeteria with Xiao Die, with Fan Tong following beside them.

Qin Luo was grading homework in the tea room.

Standing behind Qin Luo, Meng Bai said with a smile, "You even helped them revise and polish it, which is more responsible than I am."
