Qin Luo traveled to a world of cultivation where demons ran rampant. To protect himself, he came to the Dragon and Tiger Monastery to learn from a master, only to find out that his master was a swi...
It was the fourth watch of the night.
Hua Ying left the room wearing a Taoist robe.
Qin Luo opened her eyes, somewhat surprised. She was told to get up early, but she actually got up to work at the crack of dawn.
Huaying was chopping firewood in the yard.
Qin Luo closed his eyes and continued cultivating.
After chopping firewood, Huaying used a wooden bucket to collect two buckets of fallen snow in the yard, and then started a fire in the kitchen to boil water.
"Take off your clothes!"
Hua Ying came to Qin Luo's side.
Qin Luo opened his eyes, took off his outer robe, smiled, and said softly, "Thank you."
"You're quite polite!"
Hua Ying pouted and picked up Qin Luo's robe, bringing it to the kitchen. She placed the robe in a wooden basin and washed it with freshly boiled warm water. Although she had never washed clothes before, she quickly learned how to do it after seeing others do it.
Qin Luo watched Hua Ying sitting on the steps washing clothes. She looked reluctant, but she was very serious about what she was doing.
Hua Ying scrubbed and washed the water in the wooden basin many times, but it remained clear. Even without being contaminated by external dust, cultivators would expel impurities from their bodies. Yet, Qin Luo's clothes were spotless, a level of purity only a saint could achieve.
She hung the washed clothes out to dry in the yard.
Hua Ying wanted to ask Qin Luo what realm he was in, but seeing him cultivating with his eyes closed, she didn't disturb him.
After washing the clothes, it was still early. Hua Ying took a broom and swept the snow. When she entered the main hall of the Taoist temple, she bowed slightly to the portrait of the Taoist patriarch, and then continued to sweep the main hall.
Not long after.
The Taoist temple was cleaned spotlessly.
Hua Ying returned to the backyard and saw Qin Luo still cultivating. She couldn't help but glance at him a few more times. Her beautiful eyes narrowed slightly because the spiritual energy in the world had not changed.
Is he cultivating? Or is he resting?
The shadows of flowers are indistinguishable, and many cultivators absorb the spiritual energy of heaven and earth during their rest.
She went into the kitchen to make ginger soup.
At dawn, the little dumpling crawled out of the small wooden house in the Golden Horn, chirping away.
It was responsible for waking up Ziyue and Jinyan.
Hua Ying brought a bowl of freshly brewed ginger soup into the courtyard. She walked up to Qin Luo and asked, "Want some?"
Qin Luo opened his eyes and looked at the ginger soup that Hua Ying had brought. He was a little surprised. She had seemed very angry last night, but now she looked gentle. Was there something wrong with the soup?
He took the ginger soup and examined it carefully.
The ginger soup is fine.
Qin Luo had no idea what Hua Ying was up to; did she want to lower my guard?
Thanks.
Qin Luo picked up the ginger soup and drank it.
Hua Ying left with the bowl, then poured the remaining ginger soup into a thick wooden bucket and placed it in the front courtyard of the Taoist temple.
The little dumpling's voice echoed in the yard.
Jin Yan and Zi Yue got up one after the other.
Qin Luo took out the golden gourd and collected the morning dew from the peach tree. Everywhere was covered with ice and snow, but the peach tree was still in full bloom, and dewdrops were still hanging on the leaves.
Hua Ying looked at the peach tree.
You can feel its vigorous vitality.
Qin Luo poured two bowls of dew for Zi Yue and Jin Yan, and after they finished drinking the morning dew, they stretched their muscles in the courtyard.
"Let me have a taste."
Hua Ying smiled and reached out her hand.
Without a second thought, Qin Luo handed her the gourd.
Hua Ying picked up the gourd and took a sip.
The dew was sweet, and she could feel a mysterious life force coursing through her body, nourishing her flesh and blood.
"Thanks."
Hua Ying returned the gourd to Qin Luo.
Qin Luo wiped the mouth of his gourd with his sleeve. When Hua Ying saw this, her delicate eyebrows furrowed slightly. "What do you mean?"
"That's what you mean."
Qin Luo smiled and put away the golden gourd.
He actually dislikes me?
Hua Ying's eyes were filled with coldness.
Qin Luo sat cross-legged on the platform and continued his cultivation.
Ziyue brandished a peach wood sword in the courtyard, while Jinyan brandished a wooden stick. No one had taught them how to use a sword or a stick, so they looked like a chaotic mob.
"Little Purple Moon, let me teach you how to use a sword."
After spending some time together, Huaying and Ziyue have developed a fairly good relationship, and she happens to have some free time now.
"OK."
Ziyue handed the peach wood sword to Huaying.
Hua Ying picked up the peach wood sword, and the hilt slowly rotated around her wrist, creating beautiful sword flowers. As her sword dance speeded up, the sword flowers she created became more and more beautiful.
"Wow!"
Zi Yue's eyes widened.
The sister who can do sword flourishes is so cool!
"Have you watched it yet?"
"without."
The flower shadows slowed down.
Ziyue watched and imitated.
Hua Ying returned the peach wood sword to Zi Yue.
"Give it a try."
"good!"
Ziyue picked up the peach wood sword, but her movements were stiff, and she couldn't execute a smooth sword dance. Huaying shook her head slightly, thinking that Ziyue was indeed not very bright. She held Ziyue's small hand and began to teach her step by step.
Not long after.
Zi Yue successfully executed a sword dance.
"Hehe, I've learned it."
The peach wood sword followed Zi Yue's wrist as it turned. Jin Yan, who was standing to the side, simply watched them and comprehended the staff technique. The wooden staff spun in his hand, stirring up gusts of wind.
After an incense stick has burned.
After stretching their muscles, Zi Yue and Jin Yan sat cross-legged beside Qin Luo to cultivate.
Hua Ying sat cross-legged on the platform, looking at the landscape painting hanging on the peach tree. She found it very interesting and quickly imprinted the landscape painting into her sea of consciousness. However, when she used the mental cultivation method, her consciousness appeared in a desolate area.
In the distance, there are towering, colossal skeletons reaching into the clouds, standing tall and upright, along with shattered stars, like a chessboard. A terrifying pressure washes over you, like a graveyard of gods.
"Where is this place?"
Hua Ying's consciousness murmured softly.
"This is the interior."
A familiar voice rang in my ears.
Hua Ying turned around and saw the young Taoist's smiling face, somewhat speechless, "How come you're everywhere?"
