Yun Jin transmigrated into a book. She has no cheat, no space, and is about to experience death with her child, starting from hell.
The female lead from the book is eyeing her husband, waitin...
A few days before Yun Jin and the others planned to return to Beijing, Liu Sanchen came back from a business trip and, as they requested, brought a pink stroller that was prettier than the previous one.
It's more suitable for the adorable little rice cake.
Little Nian Gao was overjoyed lying in the stroller and was pushed around, winning everyone's affection.
Having learned from Cao's mistake last time, no one is asking to sit in the stroller anymore.
This stroller is very expensive!
They still rode in their own strollers, enduring the strain.
In May, He Tingchuan bought train tickets. By then, Xiao Niangao was seven months old. The little one had grown teeth and was restless while nursing. He Tingchuan looked at Xiao Niangao, who had bitten Yun Jin, and tapped her forehead: "Don't bite Mommy, or I won't give you any more milk."
Little Rice Cake thought she was being teased and grinned.
At night, He Tingchuan examined Yun Jin and felt sorry for her when he saw the broken skin. He said to Yun Jin, "I heard that you can wean at seven or eight months. Some people don't have enough milk, so they start weaning at four or five months."
“If you can’t stand it, we’ll start weaning tomorrow. Anyway, we have formula at home, so we can’t let her bite you.” He Tingchuan felt sorry for his wife.
Yun Jin felt sorry for her child: "Let's let him breastfeed for another month, and then wean him when we come back from Beijing."
He Tingchuan listened to Yun Jin's advice and discussed it with Xiao Niangao quite a bit in private, but it didn't have much effect. The little guy was teething, his teeth were itchy, and he would bite people unconsciously.
Every time she bit, Yun Jin would spank her bottom, which made Xiao Niangao behave much better.
On the day they went to the train station, Li Aiguo drove them there. Xiao Niangao's stroller was also brought along. He Tingchuan pushed the stroller and carried a large military bag on his back. Yun Jin only needed to carry a diaper bag, which was filled with things that Xiao Niangao could use.
That's how it is when you take your child out; you can leave everything else behind, but you must bring the things your child needs.
He Tingchuan used his connections to buy sleeper tickets, and both of them got lower berths.
They took a direct train, a journey of two days and two nights, which was quite long. Yun Jin needed to breastfeed her child, so she hung a bed curtain on the lower bunk to make it easier for her to breastfeed.
He Tingchuan was guarding the opposite side.
Not long after they boarded the train, someone came to change their sleeper berth, saying that they couldn't climb up to the upper berth themselves and hoped to switch places.
When asked about He Tingchuan, she noticed the military green bag next to him and started to morally blackmail him, saying that as a soldier, how could he not be considerate of an elderly woman like her?
He Tingchuan said expressionlessly, "My wife and daughter are here; I can't stray too far from them."
"I'll watch it for you." The old woman said matter-of-factly, placing her tattered bag on He Tingchuan's bed.
Yun Jin could tell at a glance that this old woman was not easy to deal with, and that she only knew how to bully soldiers. She wasn't going to put up with the old woman. Yun Jin shoved the child into He Tingchuan's hands and threw the old woman's bag on the ground: "I told you I wouldn't exchange it, didn't you understand?"
As soon as Yun Jin appeared, the old woman immediately perked up, plopped down on the ground, and began to wail and waile: "The soldiers are bullying people! They don't respect the elderly or care for the young! Everyone, come and see!"
He Tingchuan received a look from Yun Jin, then left with Xiao Niangao, who was full but still didn't want to sleep.
As soon as He Tingchuan left, the old woman glared at Yun Jin: "What's wrong with you two giving one of your sleeper berths to me?"
“Okay, but make up the difference!” Yun Jin held out her hand: “The difference is one dollar and eighty cents, here you go.”
"What, we have to pay more?" The old woman refused.
Yun Jin scoffed, "Otherwise, why didn't you buy the lower bunk? Why did you have to buy the upper bunk? It's just a dollar and eighty cents cheaper, isn't it?"
"I'm switching with you now, so it's reasonable for you to pay the difference, right?" Yun Jin saw through the old woman's little scheme; she just wanted to take advantage of her.
The old woman refused: "I have no money, I won't make up for it."
"We don't have to pay extra, but don't come near us. These are shops we bought with our own money, and we're not giving them up to anyone," Yun Jin said firmly.
The old woman continued her moral blackmail: "How can you be so heartless, young man? Don't you have grandparents or maternal grandparents?"
"No, they're all dead," Yun Jin said curtly.
The old woman was so angry that she wanted to lie dead on Yun Jin's bed. Since she couldn't sleep, no one else could sleep peacefully either.
Seeing through her little scheme, Yun Jin pulled her away: "Get lost, don't get my blankets dirty. You say you have a sleeper berth, I'd like to see if your ticket is real."
The old woman felt guilty as soon as she said that.
Yun Jin noticed and called over the flight attendant: "Could you please check the ticket here? I suspect she's fare evading."
The train attendant immediately came over: "Please show me your ticket."
The old woman had a ticket, but it was an old ticket that had already been used. She had boarded the train without a ticket, intending to exchange tickets with someone else, occupy their seat, and then find an excuse to look at their ticket and take it.
In this day and age, train tickets are not registered under real names; whoever has the ticket owns it.
Seeing that her fare evasion had been discovered, the enraged old woman tried to grab Yun Jin's hair and fight her to teach her a lesson, but Yun Jin nimbly dodged her, and the old woman slammed her down.
His head slammed hard against the headboard, and he saw stars; he had suffered a concussion.
Looking at the unconscious old woman, Yun Jin innocently said, "I didn't do anything. She bumped into it herself, so it's not my fault!"
Other onlookers chimed in, saying, "I can vouch for this; it has nothing to do with this woman!"
“I also testify that the woman is innocent.”
They all chimed in, as if afraid someone would slander Yun Jin.
The flight attendant's lips twitched. She called over a colleague, who carried the unconscious person away. The train had a doctor examine the person for a while and said it was a concussion but not serious. The person was told to rest in the dining car and then be taken to the police station at the next stop.
