Longyue was extremely strong. Before Li Hei could react, she suddenly pulled him to her side, and he was passively moved along with her.

"This is a swarm of F-level bumblebees. It's not something the two of you can handle. If you get surrounded by the swarm, not to mention half a life, even nine lives of a cat beast wouldn't be enough for the bumblebees to sting you."

Zhu Yan dragged the two of them along as they ran, dodging tree trunks from time to time. Long Yue dodged the leaves and vines that appeared from time to time, as well as the weeds that were waist-high, which could leave a bloody mark on the skin with a light scratch.

Among them were some D-class and E-class monsters, demonstrating just how powerful the bumblebee swarm's attack was, even though these were only F-class monsters.

When the news broke, it caused a huge sensation across the country. It was only after Ya, the tenth strongest person in the world at the time, intervened that the giant hornet's nest was cleared away.

"ah--"

A scream rang out from behind, but stopped abruptly after only two seconds.

Li Hei felt a chill run down his spine, his whole body tense. Heaven knows how terrified he was of this species. He didn't even bother to look back, using every ounce of strength he had.

Longyue wasn't afraid of this scene. She glanced back and saw countless bumblebees instantly wrapping the lagging people up like bee dumplings, using people as filling and blood as ingredients. Their huge mouthparts tore off a piece of flesh from the person's body and swallowed it with a slurp, then continued with the next bite.

Because of this, fewer bumblebees were chasing them, which gave some people a reason to try something.

Chen Fang turned pale with fright. She hadn't expected the bumblebees to be so terrifying. She had only seen a queen bee emerge from the hive and wanted to exchange it for points, never imagining she would attract such a large swarm of bumblebees.

"How was I supposed to know it would turn out like this? I only took action because I saw that the Queen Bee could get 10,000 points. Wasn't I doing this for our team?" Chen Fang explained indignantly. 10,000 points! If she succeeded, it would be strange if she didn't rank in the top ten.

She had looked into the points required for the top ten in the past. The tenth place required around 20,000 points. As long as she captured the queen bee, she wouldn't have to worry about not being able to collect the remaining 10,000 points in a month.
