Then, Taibai Jinxing stepped forward and said, "Please all the immortals, gods, and immortal officials, please join the ranks of the immortal officials and prepare for the meeting."

"Yes." The immortals, gods and immortal officials responded respectfully, and then flew back to their respective positions in the immortal ranks.

This journey will take anywhere from a million years to several thousand, so I will be making some changes to the responsibilities and rules of the Heavenly Court."

After saying this, the Jade Emperor called out directly: "The Great Emperor of Ziwei in the North Pole of the Central Sky."

The Purple Star Emperor immediately stood up and flew to the palace, bowed and said, "Your Majesty is here."

Then the Great Emperor Ziwei bowed once more, and the Heavenly Dao Treasure Scroll transformed into a ray of mysterious light and flew into the center of Ziwei Emperor's eyebrows. Then the Great Emperor Ziwei took off and flew back to his jade throne.

After arranging the affairs of Ziwei Emperor, the Jade Emperor said, "From this moment on, the original 'Heavenly Jade Code' is officially abolished. The new 'Heavenly Jade Code' will be jointly agreed upon by me, Daozu, and Buddhazu, and will be promulgated at the Grand Court Meeting. Taibai Jinxing."

Taibai Jinxing immediately stepped forward and bowed, saying, "Your Majesty is here."

The Jade Emperor said, "Immediately promulgate the new Heavenly Law and inform all the immortals."

"I will obey the order." Taibai Jinxing bowed and accepted the order.

Then Taibai Jinxing took out a jade scroll and slowly flew forward. Facing the immortals and immortal officials in the hall, he said, "The new 'Heavenly Laws' are divided into six jade laws: the Laws of Immortals, the Laws of Scattered Immortals, the Laws of Demons and Ghosts, the Laws of Spirits and Monsters, the Laws of Mandrills and Woodmen, and the Laws of the People."
