The Western Heavenly Prefecture has decided to temporarily seal off Guangfa Temple, prohibiting all monks from leaving. All Dharma teachings, ceremonies, and worship activities are prohibited. All further action will be taken after the Nine Cave Master's investigation into the matter is complete.

When the monks, including the monk Yehua, heard that Fang Jian was going to temporarily close Guangfa Temple, they immediately became excited.

"Master Hongqing!" The divine monk Yehua could no longer remain calm. He said in a serious tone, "You don't have the authority to do this?"

Fang Jian said calmly, "As the Minister of the Western Heaven Prefecture, I assist Youde Tianjun in governing the Western Heaven Prefecture and have the authority to handle all affairs of Xiniu Hezhou."

The guardian monks behind the Yehua monk immediately flew to the formation position behind the Yehua monk. Even the injured Yun He flew to the formation position. The monks uttered a mighty Vajra shout, and then an Arhat formation was instantly erected, protecting the Yehua monk and others as well as the entire Guangfa Temple.
