Not long after Heidan was taken away by the Thunder Department, the Minister of the Western Heaven Prefecture, Ren Hua Zhenren, asked the Capture and Kill General Lu Wenyong to deliver the news to Duanjie Mountain.

After Fang Jian received the news from Lu Wenyong, he asked him, "Do you have the document written by Heidan?"

"Yes." Lu Wenyong nodded and said, "I copied a copy from the Tongwen Stele."

The Tongwen Stele is a celestial stele erected by the Taixuan Bureau outside the four celestial gates. The Tongwen Stele is used to announce the decrees of the Heavenly Court and to display the documents and essays of the immortal officials.

Throughout history, if the gods and immortal officials had a huge dispute or argument about a matter, they would write down their arguments in a document and submit it to the Tongchengyuan, which would then display it on the Tongwen Stele.

As for insulting the Celestial Officials, that's true, but the Heavenly Laws don't say an official can't insult another official, do they?
