But the Heavenly General said, "The imperial edict must be sent to heaven immediately. The Xiangjiang River water god must not delay."

Madam Xiang was stunned for a moment, then bowed and said, "Yes, the Xiangjiang River God has received the order."

Afterwards, Madam Xiang gave some instructions to the chief clerk, and followed the heavenly general to fly out of the Xiangjiang River and go to heaven.

Madam Xiang and the heavenly general entered the Heavenly Palace from the South Gate. The heavenly general on duty let them in after checking the talisman and the Taixuandu Province talisman. Then the two of them came all the way to the outside of the Mingzhi Hall of the Taishang Yuling Palace.

After the heavenly general announced the situation, Madam Xiang was summoned to the Mingzhi Hall. When Madam Xiang entered the Mingzhi Hall, she immediately saw Li Hong and Ling Yu standing respectfully and trembling beside her. Li Hong and Ling Yu also looked at Madam Xiang.

Mrs. Xiang's heart skipped a beat, and she thought to herself that something was wrong with Xiangxiang Pavilion.

Madam Xiang walked quickly to the center of the hall, then raised her head and saw the four Lingxiao emperors sitting cross-legged on the throne, looking at her with solemn and majestic expressions.

Madam Xiang was startled and immediately bowed and said, "I am the water god of Xiangjiang River. I pay my respects to the Four Emperors of Lingxiao." After saying that, she bowed and kowtowed.

"Stand up." Fang Jian's indifferent and majestic voice came down, which made Madam Xiang feel cold in her heart. She hurriedly bowed and thanked him and stood up.

At this time, Erlang Shen spoke up, "Xiangjiang River God, as a third-rank immortal official in the Heavenly Court, why did you open the Xiangxiang Pavilion and sell such immoral items?"

"Water God of Xiang River, what you said had better be the truth." Nezha said to Madam Xiang with a smile.

Madam Xiang was very calm. Part of the robbery jade she earned was indeed used to support the demon cultivators who were recruited, so she was not worried about this matter at all.

Sun Wukong said, "If it is to support the demon cultivators who have been recruited, so that they can be used by the Water Palace and protect the living beings, then it is understandable."

Cen Biqing nodded and said, "It's true. I was the one who hit them, and they were indeed the ones who spoke rudely."

Jian He then addressed the dozen or so immortals, "Fellow Daoists, is what I just said true?"

The dozen or so immortals hurriedly bowed and said, "It's true, it's true. It was us who were rude and offended Master Lingxia Xuanjing by speaking first. Master Lingxia Xuanjing, well done! We deserved this beating the most!"

When Nezha heard this, he laughed out loud, but he quickly suppressed his smile and became solemn and dignified again.

Jian He turned around and bowed to Sun Wukong, saying, "Your Majesty, the case of Cen Biqing assaulting someone in Yaochi Tianjie has been thoroughly investigated. Please give your verdict."

Sun Wukong said, "Sentence according to the old law."

Jian He bowed and said, "Follow the law."

Jian He then turned around and said to Cen Biqing, "Master Lingxia Xuanjing, Yunhe and the other wandering immortals spoke rudely to you, causing you to hurt others. However, there is a law in Tianhefang that forbids hurting others in the four major celestial streets. Do you know this?"

Cen Biqing nodded and said, "I know."

Jian He said, "According to the old law, as a Celestial Immortal, you knowingly broke the law and attacked Yaochi Tianjie to injure someone. Although there were reasons for this, it is still a small punishment and a big warning. I now sentence you to twenty thunder whips. Do you have any objections?"

Upon hearing this, Cen Biqing immediately said, "I have no objection and am willing to accept the punishment."
