Heaven, Yuxiao City, and Fuli Shangzhen Palace.

This is the administrative center of the Heavenly Court on the land of the Xiantian Wuji Realm. At this moment, in the "Xuantian Palace" of the Fuli Shangzhen Palace, all the immortal officials of the Heavenly Court who have been granted titles are paying homage to the Great Lord Haotian.

"No need to formalize, gentlemen." The Great Lord Haotian sat high on the auspicious cloud, looking down at the immortal officials with a smile.

The immortal officials bowed in thanks and stood up. Great Lord Haotian said to them, "Fang Jian, do you really not want the fruit position?"

Hearing this, everyone present looked at Fang Jian in confusion. They originally thought that Fang Jian was not given the title of the fruit position and was only given the title of regent because the Great Lord Haotian had other arrangements.

But no one expected that it was Fang Jian himself who did not want the fruit position, which even the Queen Mother of the West did not understand.

But in fact the reason is very simple, but Fang Jian cannot say it clearly. These fruit positions are all conferred by the Xiantian Position Karma Diagram, and he is the master of the Xiantian Position Karma Diagram. If Fang Jian gives him the fruit position on the entire Xiantian Position Karma Diagram, wouldn’t it be too awkward?

Therefore, during the previous discussion on the conferment of the fruit position, Fang Jian took the initiative to resign the position from the Great Lord Haotian, indicating that he did not want the position.

Therefore, Fang Jian bowed to the Great Heavenly Venerable Haotian and said, "Your Majesty, our Heavenly Court is established in the Xiantian Wuji Realm, and we vow to accomplish the great cause of ruling the heavens and the earth and educating all living beings to equality. If everyone in our Heavenly Court were to have a fruit position, the common people would still believe that there is a distinction between the superior and the inferior. Therefore, I will serve as an immortal official without a fruit position in this Heavenly Court, to be closer to the hearts of all living beings."

After hearing Fang Jian's answer, Shakyamuni clasped his hands together and said, "Master Hongqing does not seek fame or enlightenment, but cares about the people. I admire him deeply."

The Great Lord Haotian also had a clear gaze. He looked at Fang Jian and said, "It's rare, Fang Jian. Your virtue is known to heaven and earth, and cherished by all people. Fellow Daoist Shakyamuni is right. I honor you as the 'Regent Immortal' and bestow upon you the 'Haotian Golden Palace Nine Clouds Immortal Clothes' to assist me in governing the core of the Heavenly Court."

This "real person" is not the fruit position in the lower world, but the "honorific title" of Fang Jian, representing the respect for Fang Jian's virtue of accepting the fruit position.

Upon hearing this, Fang Jian immediately stepped forward, bowed, and said, "Your Highness, I, Fang Jian, thank you."

Fang Jian not only established the fruit position, but also established the "clothing" that matched the fruit position. Of course, it can also be called the official uniform of the heavenly court.

The imperial robes from the lower realms are no longer used here, because the banner of today's heaven is "equality of all beings", so there are no great emperors or monarchs in the Xiantian Wuji Heaven, so the official robes are all designed as various Taoist robes.

Among the official uniforms of the heavenly court's fruit positions formulated by Fang Jian, the 'Haotian Jinque Jiuxia Xianyi' is the exclusive attire for the Great Celestial Lord. In the entire heaven, only the Great Celestial Lord wears the 'Haotian Jinque Jiuxia Xianyi'.

At this time, the Great Lord Haotian bestowed upon Fang Jian the 'Haotian Golden Palace Nine Clouds Fairy Robe', which had already indicated an attitude, that is, although Fang Jian did not have an attainment, his status in the Heavenly Court was second only to the Great Lord Haotian.

At this point, we should mention the Taoist robes and immortal clothes worn by the various fruit positions in the heavenly court, as well as the salary of each fruit position. From the highest to the lowest, they are:

The innate and infinite Great Celestial Lord, wearing the 'Haotian Jinque Jiuxia Fairy Robe', holds the power of heaven and earth, and can call upon great trends from heaven and earth with his own power of heaven and earth.

Taoist Xuantian, wearing the 'Mi Luo Shen Xiao Taoist robe', has a monthly salary of 20,000 dust.

Yuxu Daojun, wearing the 'Jiuchen Shangxiao Daoist Robe', has a monthly salary of 10,000 dusts.

The Heavenly King wears a 'Yin Yang Jade Embroidered Gold Silk Robe' and has a monthly salary of 5,000 dust dashi.

The Lingguan wears a 'Qingxia Yudou Qilin robe' and has a monthly salary of 3,000 dust dashi.

The celestial general wears a 'divine robe with golden seals for civil and military affairs' and has a monthly salary of 1,000 dust dashi.

The celestial soldier wears the "Four Symbols Blue Cloud Robe" and has a monthly salary of 500 dusts.

At the same time, Fang Jian, as the regent, also took charge of the 'High Godly Judicial Jade Palace'.

After obtaining the title of "Yuxu Daojun", Jiu Tian Xuan Nu also took charge of the "Gaoshang Shenxiao Sijun Yufu".

Because the two positions of Xuantian Daozun and Yuxu Daojun are below Daozu and Datianzun, and above all the positions in the Heavenly Court, they have no specific duties and only hold the 'infinite power of the earth' and 'the power of the infinite sentient beings' bestowed by the innate position map.

Therefore, no matter whether it is Xuantian Daozun or Yuxu Daojun, they can only be in charge of any department.

However, only the Judicial Jade Palace and the Military Jade Palace were jointly led by Fang Jian and the Queen Mother of the West, while the 'High and Divine Sky Spirit Jade Palace' was presided over by Yu Censhuang, who was awarded the title of 'Heavenly King', and was named 'Shenxiao Siling Heavenly King'.

Therefore, all the personnel positions of the fruit positions in the Heavenly Court are complete, except for the lack of a single "Heavenly Soldiers". However, this cannot be rushed, as the population under the jurisdiction of the Heavenly Court is too small to be able to select Heavenly Soldiers.

The Queen Mother of the Nine Heavens, who was in charge of the military and political affairs of the Heavenly Court, had very high requirements for the Heavenly Soldiers. Not everyone could be accepted. They had to go through a strict selection process, and their morality, virtue, and talent were all indispensable.
