"The first rule of the Spirit Law: Anyone who acquires the body of a spirit through cultivation must strictly abide by the Spirit Law."

"The first rule of the Mandrill and Woodcutter Law: Anyone who acquires the form of a Mandrill and Woodcutter through the natural world must strictly adhere to the Mandrill and Woodcutter Law."

"The first article of the 'Law of the Living People' states: All sentient beings with wisdom in the three realms of the world must strictly observe the 'Law of the Living People'."

"The various articles of the "Law of Immortal Officials" are as follows: All immortal officials..."

Next, Taibai Jinxing recited the six jade rules, and read out the regulations and punishments of each rule clearly to everyone.

The whole process lasted for a full five hours, but for the immortals and officials in the hall, they remembered it all very easily.

However, this time the "Heavenly Jade Law" has been changed so much that even Fang Jian was secretly shocked. This rule is simply tailor-made for Taoism and Buddhism...

As for the "Law of Demons and Evil Spirits", it is easier to understand. It is obvious that the entry of true demons from outside the sect into the world is already a general trend of the way of heaven, so the new "Heavenly Jade Law" has prepared for it in advance and has included "demons" in the heavenly rules.

It seems that the Jade Emperor, the Taoist Patriarch, and the Buddha have already made preparations for the entry of external demons into the world, but they don't know when this trend will manifest.

When Taibai Jinxing finished reading out the new "Heavenly Jade Law", the entire Lingxiao Palace was extremely silent. The Jade Emperor said, "From now on, the Ministry of Thunder will be in charge of the implementation and punishment of the 'Heavenly Jade Law'. All gods and immortals in the Heavenly Court and all scattered immortals have the right to uphold the 'Heavenly Jade Law' and enforce it, and the Ministry of Thunder has the right to supervise."

Upon hearing this, Lei Zu immediately bowed and said, "Your subject shall obey the command of the law."

Afterwards, Lei Zu flew back to the ranks of the immortal ministers, and the Jade Emperor asked again, "Where is the Great Emperor Juntian, the Holy Mother of the Nine Heavens Xuanyang Yuannu?"

Upon hearing this, the Lady of the Nine Heavens immediately flew down to the center of the hall and bowed, saying, "I am here."

The Jade Emperor said, "I decree: The position of 'Judicial God' will be established in Taishi Immortal Capital, specifically responsible for the final judgment, punishment, and supervision of the good and evil of all beings in the Three Realms according to the 'Heavenly Laws and Jade Regulations'."

The Lady of the Nine Heavens immediately saluted and said, "I obey your command."

This is equivalent to all the gods in heaven and the scattered immortals from all sides having the authority of "first instance" in executing the "Heavenly Jade Code", the Thunder Department has the authority of "second instance" with supervisory attributes, and the God of Justice has the absolute authority of "final instance", which is undoubtedly the most important authority.

The Jade Emperor asked, "Do you have a candidate for the position of the God of Justice?"

When the Lady of the Nine Heavens heard this, she was moved. She was about to speak out a word of advice, but she swallowed her words immediately. She then bowed and said, "I don't have a suitable candidate yet. Please let the Great Heavenly Venerable make the decision."

The Jade Emperor nodded slightly, then said, "Fang Jian."

The name of the gods and immortals in the Lingxiao Palace was both surprising and reasonable. Considering Fang Jian's past "achievements", it was most appropriate for him to be the "God of Justice".

"Your Majesty, Fang Jian is now shouldering the responsibility of the Immortal Lord of Huntian Palace... I'm afraid..." the Queen Mother of the Nine Heavens reported.

The Jade Emperor made a decisive statement, "The position of the God of Justice will be temporarily assigned to Fang Jian. He will officially take up the position after Fang Jian returns from the Unified Heavens."

The Jade Emperor asked, "Is the 'Jade Emperor's Calendar' that I bestowed upon you here?"

Fang Jian immediately summoned the Jade Emperor's Taoist Calendar and said, "Replying to the Great Celestial Venerable, the Jade Emperor's Taoist Calendar is here."

The Jade Emperor said, "I will amend the authority of the Jade Emperor's calendar as follows: First, those who hold the Jade Emperor's calendar will not be subject to control by anyone other than me and the Purple Star Emperor. Second, Haotian decrees that in case of trouble, you may execute first and report later, and you are not bound by the laws of heaven."

After saying this, the Jade Emperor said to Fang Jian, "After you pacify the chaotic heavens, you will return to heaven and take up your position as the God of Justice. You must not make any mistakes."
