Each of the three halls will have an elder, whose authority is second only to mine." Fang Jian finished speaking, looking at the crowd present. "I have made other arrangements for the head of the Heavenly Law Hall. The heads of the Ancestor's Hall and the Dragon and Tiger Halls will be elected by all disciples participating in the Grand Dharma Assembly."
