After a while, a Taoist priest wearing a pine-style Taoist robe, a gold and jade headband on his head, with long hair loose and a carefree and ethereal air, was seen flying out of the Beitianmen slowly on the clouds.

When everyone at Beitianmen saw this Taoist, their faces turned solemn, and then they all bowed their heads and said, "Greetings to Master Dongshen."

The Dongshen Hall is located to the east of the Sanbianmen Gate in the Zhongshan Xuanguan of the Heavenly Palace. After receiving the Dharma from Yuanshi Tianzun and achieving the highest level of Taoism, a hall was built here to preach to the Taishang Laojun.

Furthermore, among those who are chosen as pure and extraordinary, those who truly know that they have achieved their position must have made great vows for the Supreme Being to save all living beings. After achieving enlightenment, they can also benefit themselves. Those who have done great good to the world and responded to the will of God.

In other words, the Dongshen Hall was opened up according to the law of Yuqing Yuanshi Tianzun and is presided over by Taishang Laojun.

Although the Dongshen Hall held little power in the Heavenly Court, its status was exceptional. Why? Because after reaching the first rank, immortal officials could no longer rise any higher.

If a first-grade immortal official wants to be promoted to a super-grade one, he has to go to the Cave God Hall for further training. As long as the old immortal masters in the Cave God Hall say you are qualified and allow you to graduate, then when you come out, you will be a super-grade immortal official.

Therefore, 90% of the super-level immortal officials in the Heavenly Court have to call all the old immortal masters in the Cave God Hall "Teacher" when they see them.

When other immortal officials saw him, they had to call him "Master of the Cave God".

However, although the Cave God Hall is presided over by Laojun, he basically doesn't care about any serious business except preaching.

Therefore, the Cave God Hall is mainly presided over by three old immortal masters. The first one is the disciple of Taishang Laojun, the great master Xuandu who serves as the "Cave God True Lord". He is in charge of all affairs of the Cave God Hall.

The second is to serve as the 'Dongshen Zhenwen', that is, the Taoist 'Yun Zhongzi' in front of you.

The last one is 'Lu Ya Taoist' who serves as 'Dong Shen Zhen Weng'. Among the three, Master Xuan Du is the leader, and Yun Zhongzi and Lu Ya Taoist are his assistants.

The Dongshen Hall does not participate in the specific affairs of the Heavenly Court. It is only responsible for teaching the great Dao and educating the immortal officials, but it also takes charge of the affairs of the Taoist sect.

Yun Zhongzi, holding the imperial edict, flew straight out of the South Heaven Gate and came before Empress Wu Lin. He bowed and said, "Yun Zhongzi greets the Empress."

Empress Wu Lin returned the greeting lightly, then her eyes fell on the talisman in Yun Zhongzi's hand.

Yun Zhongzi turned around, looked at Zhang Sanfeng and Li Chunfeng, and said, "Master Xuandu, the Great Master of the Cave God, has issued an edict. Zhang Sanfeng and Li Chunfeng, please accept it."

Upon hearing this, Zhang Sanfeng and Li Chunfeng immediately stepped forward, bowed their heads and said, "Disciples, accept the edict."

Yun Zhongzi said, "You two intercepted Empress Wenlin's carriage without permission and let Qingshou Tongzi and Yulan Fairy escape. Do you acknowledge your crime?"

"Disciple, I acknowledge my guilt." The two responded in unison.

Yun Zhongzi continued, "You two pretended to be celestial generals and went to Yuquan Peak to deceive the God of Broken Boundary Mountain. Do you acknowledge your crime?"

"Disciple knows his crime." The two responded again.

Yun Zhongzi nodded and said, "Since you admit your guilt, I, in compliance with the order of the Cave God Zhenqing, punish you two to return to the mountain and reflect on your mistakes for two hundred years. You are not allowed to leave the cave without permission during these two hundred years."

After saying this, the talisman in Yun Zhongzi's hand turned into two beams of fairy light that flew down to Zhang Sanfeng and Li Chunfeng, instantly sending them back to their respective mountain gates and caves.

Afterwards, Yun Zhongzi turned around and stepped onto the clouds, slowly flying into the North Gate of Heaven and returning to the Cave God Hall.

It is so transcendent and so direct.

This is the best explanation of the relationship between Taoism, Buddhism and Heaven. How does the saying go: No courtesy is offered to demons, no punishment is imposed on Taoists or Buddhists.

If you are not convinced, then go and argue with the Taoist or Buddha.

Empress Wu Lin looked at Yun Zhongzi's departing back, with a hint of helplessness in her cold eyes, but this was the reality.

After all, there are only rules and regulations in Taoist scriptures and Buddhist verses, but no heavenly laws.

When Empress Wulin returned to Taixuan Palace, Lady Jiutian, Empress Wushan, Zhenren Wenshi, Marshal Guan and Empress Wenlin were all in the palace.

The Lady of the Nine Heavens said to Master Wenshi, "This decree is for the God of Broken Boundary Mountain in Xihua Prefecture to witness."

Zhenren Wenshi immediately walked out and waited for the order from Lady Jiu Tian Xuan Nu.

All that was heard was the voice of the Lady of the Nine Heavens: "Send a decree to Fang Jian. As long as he keeps an eye on the wicked son and prevents him from being snatched away, this will be a great achievement."

"I obey the decree," Wenshi Zhenren bowed in response. Then, Lady Jiutian Xuannu said to Empress Wenlin, "If you hadn't left that evil child with Fang Jian earlier, he would have been taken away by now."

Upon hearing this, Empress Wenlin immediately stood up and apologized, saying, "I am guilty."

"We'll talk about your business later. Now you should personally deliver this talisman to Fang Jian, the god of Duanjie Mountain, and then stay there to help Fang Jian." said Jiu Tian Xuan Nu.

Empress Wenlin immediately accepted the order and said, "Wenlin obeys."

After Empress Wenlin left with the imperial edict, a boy in front of the palace came to announce, "Your Excellency, the Thousand-Li Eyes and the Wind-Hearing Ears request an audience."

"Announce." The Queen Mother of the West's eyes flashed and she spoke immediately.

After a while, Clairvoyance and Wind-ear walked into the hall side by side. Once inside, they bowed in unison and said, "Greetings to the Great Envoy."

Empress Wenlin looked at the two of them and said, "Clairvoyance, Superb Ears, have you found any information?"

Clairvoyance reported, "Your Excellency, we have already found out that Qing Shou Tongzi and Yu Lan Fairy have been taken away by Yuan Tiangang of Ganhe Mountain."

Shunfenger said, "The person who had an affair with Fairy Yulan was Yuan Tiangang's disciple Xiao Yumei."

Upon hearing this, Lady Jiu Tian calculated with her fingers, then smiled faintly and said, "Someone has obscured the secrets of heaven."

Fortunately, our clairvoyance and super hearing are not deceived, and we can see the cause and effect of this matter clearly.

Immediately, the Lady of the Nine Heavens said to Master Wenshi, "Imperial decree: The Great Emperor Jintianyuansheng of Huashan Mountain, Yulan, Qingshou, and Xiao Yumei are already within the territory of Xiyue. He is ordered to capture them and report back immediately. No mistakes are allowed."
