The Tianlu Court was established and was under the jurisdiction of the Xitian Palace. Its main responsibility was to manage the Buddhist sect in Xiniu Hezhou and the heavenly rules and regulations of all cultivators. It was not just aimed at Buddhism, but at all practitioners.

There are two Heavenly Law Envoys in the Heavenly Law Courts, namely the General Destroying the Altar and the General Destroying the Temple.

All the noise from the past disappeared, and there was only respect and admiration, like an ant looking up at a mountain.

However, the high mountain of Fang Jian was not covered by the tall white clouds. Instead, when he saw the immortal officials saluting him, he nodded in return.

After arriving at Taixuandu Province, the chief envoy, Emperor Qinghua of Dongji, did not follow the usual audience ceremony. Instead, he waited for Fang Jian to arrive and then directly summoned Fang Jian into the Taixuan Palace.

"Your servant Fang Jian pays homage to the great envoy." Fang Jian came to the center of Taixuan Palace and bowed to the Great Emperor Qinghua of Dongji.

"You mean that if someone else becomes the Heavenly Lord of Xitian Prefecture, he will not be able to maintain the peace of Xitian Prefecture?" asked the Emperor Qinghua of Dongji.

Fang Jian said: "Not necessarily. If someone like me becomes the Heavenly Lord of Xitian Prefecture, then the Tianlu Court will be able to bring peace to Xiniu Hezhou forever."

The Great Emperor Qinghua of the Eastern Pole shook his head and said, "People like you... not only can't we find another one in Heaven, even in Taoism and Buddhism, we can't find one like you either."

"Thank you for the compliment, Master." Fang Jian bowed.

The Eastern Qinghua Emperor looked at Fang Jian and said, "If that's the case, then you should continue to be the Heavenly Monarch of the Western Heavenly Prefecture."

The Heavenly Dao will naturally bestow merit upon you, and there is no need for further rewards from the Heavenly Court. Besides merit, what other rewards do you desire?"

Fang Jian believes that if one has merits, he will have the spirit of Tao, and if he has the spirit of Tao, he will have everything.
