He placed his hands in seals on his dantian, sat upright on the lotus platform, and with his eyes slightly open and closed, he looked down upon the other Buddhas and said, "When the Fractal God-Destroying Pestle fell, that Hongqing Zhenren didn't perform any magic; he simply stood there and let Baotanhua Bodhisattva strike him. His physical body was indeed damaged, but his spirit and soul might not be."

Guanyin Bodhisattva nodded and said, "Fighting Victory Buddha is right. We only saw Fang Jian's body broken into pieces, but we didn't see his spirit or soul. I'm afraid that's the problem."

Mahavairocana returned to the lotus throne, clasped his hands together, and bowed to the Tathagata Buddha, saying, "Buddha, can I get the Fractal God-Exterminating Pestle back?"

The Tathagata Buddha opened his eyes, then shook his head and said, "How did Master Hongqing protect his primordial spirit and soul under the Fractal God-Destroying Pestle, and how did he reshape his body after it was shattered? This poor monk also does not understand."

When everyone heard what the Buddha said, they were immediately surprised. "Even we, the Buddha, don't know the reason?" Sandalwood Merit Buddha said in surprise.

The Tathagata Buddha smiled and said, "There is nothing I don't know, inside and outside the Three Realms. But Fang Jian's origins are anomalies born of the Heavenly Dao. His roots are not within the Three Realms, but within the Heavenly Dao."

Upon hearing this, Sandalwood Merit Buddha immediately turned to Fighting Victory Buddha and said, "Wukong, this foot is much stronger than yours."

"Heh." Fighting and Victory Buddha simply chuckled softly, then performed a Zen bow and said, "This humble monk has long since achieved tranquility of the six senses, free from all false thoughts. All worldly affairs have nothing to do with me, and the myriad phenomena of heaven and earth are untainted by me. Karma does not enter the world, and the world has no connection with me. Namo Amitabha Buddha."

The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas present were already accustomed to Fighting Victory Buddha's attitude and ignored him. Only Vairocana Tathagata said, "Amitabha, if that's the case, I cannot retrieve this fractal God-Exterminating Pestle."

The Tathagata Buddha smiled and said, "If we can destroy the True Man Hongqing, the Fractal God-Destroying Pestle can be retrieved. However, the life of the True Man Hongqing is in the hands of heaven. Who can kill him? If we can't kill him, there's no way to retrieve the magic weapon."

Vairocana Tathagata suddenly looked miserable. Those who knew him understood that he was Vairocana Tathagata, while those who didn’t know him thought he was Mahavairocana Bodhisattva.

Afterwards, the Tathagata Buddha said to the Buddha Vairocana: "Pass on my decree. From today onwards, all disciples of my Buddhist sect shall withdraw from the Dongsheng Shenzhou and return to the Xiniu Hezhou."

"Follow the will of my Buddha Dharma." Vairocana Buddha bowed and responded.

Then the Tathagata Buddha said to the Amitabha Buddha in the west: "From today on, I hereby decree that my Buddhist disciples are no longer allowed to set foot in the Dongsheng Shenzhou. The Eastern Unmoving Buddha will return to the Xiniuhezhou and open a temple in the Dongmozhou."

"Follow the teachings of my Buddhist teachings." Amitabha Buddha in the West also bowed and responded.

Finally, the Tathagata Buddha looked at the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and said, "From now on, except for the Western Niu He Continent, my disciples are forbidden to engage in arbitrary karma with the Heavenly Court. Those who violate this order will be stripped of their fruition and expelled from the Buddhist sect. Bao Tanhua Bodhisattva, who presumptuously created karma and lost his bet with Hong Qing Zhenren, was suppressed by the Heavenly Court at the foot of Mount Buzhou. This is also God's will, Sariputra."

Beneath the thrones of the bodhisattvas, a young monk dressed in a purple robe adorned with pearls stood up, walked into the hall, bowed, and said, "Greetings to the Tathagata Buddha."

The Tathagata Buddha looked at Shariputra and said, "From today on, you will temporarily take over the position of Bodhisattva Baotanhua. You will return the position of Bodhisattva after ten thousand years."

Upon hearing this, Sariputra bowed respectfully and said, "Disciple, I will faithfully follow the teachings of the Buddha."

After he finished speaking, a brilliant Buddha light flashed across Shariputra's body, and then he flew and landed on the honorable seat originally occupied by Bodhisattva Ratnakara.
